inkişaf həllərini təqdim edən peşəkar
inkişaf bölümüdür.
Azərbaycanda PwC Akademiyası PwC Azərbaycan
şirkəti daxilində 2011-ci ildə təsis olunan təlim
departamentidir. Fəaliyyət göstərdiyi dövr ərzində
Akademiya maliyyə hesabatların hazırlanması,
daxili audit, daxili nəzarət, büdcənin hazırlanması
və proqnozlaşdırma, risklərin idarəolunması,
səmərəliliyin idarəolunması, İT audit, təlimlərin
ehtiyacların təhlili və sair biznes bacarıqların
inkişafı sahəsində Azərbaycanda 1000-dən artıq
yerli mütəxəssisə təlim xidmətləri göstərmişdir.
Təlim proqramımız müxtəlif formatlarda –
“açıq” seminarlardan başlayaraq, mürəkkəb
modullaşdırılmış təlimlər və müştərilərin fəaliyyət
sahəsinə
adaptasiya
olunmuş
seminarlara
qədər – keçirilir. Biz həmçinin müştərilərin fərdi
ehtiyaclarına cavab verən və ya onlar üçün xüsusi
təlim təşkil edə bilərik. Akademiyanın təlimçi
heyətinə yüksək peşəkar səviyyəyə və tədris
kursların, seminarların keçirilməsində zəngin
təcrübəyə malik mütəxəssislər daxildir. Bütün
təlimçilərimiz ixtisas sahələri üzrə dərin nəzəri
və praktiki biliklərə yiyələnmiş, və tədris etdikləri
kurslar üzrə PwC-in qlobal şəbəkəsi tərəfindən
tanınan kvalifikasiyalara malikdir.

Training and Development solutions in
PwC’s core competencies to our clients.
PwC’s Academy in Azerbaijan is a training line of
PwC Azerbaijan, which was established in 2011 and
since then has been successfully providing training
courses on financial reporting, internal audit,
internal control, budgeting and forecasting, risk
management, performance management, IT audit,
training evaluation, and other vital business skills to
more than 1,000 local professionals in Azerbaijan.
Our training program offers a unique range of
formats: from ‘open’ workshops through to complex
modularized training and specialized industry
tailored seminars. We can also tailor courses for
clients to address their individual business needs
or design a specific training course for them. Our
Academy consists of highly qualified specialists,
all of who have wide experience in delivering
training and seminars. All our trainers hold strong
industry knowledge and practical experience with
extensive subject matter expertise supported by the
international network of PwC Global.
