TAKE NOTICE THAT Groupe Bikini Village Inc., of the City of Ste-Julie , Province of Quebec, has filed
with the Official Receiver a “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” pursuant to Subsection 50.4(1) of the
Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on the 17th day of February 2015. Enclosed is a letter from the corporation
to all creditors, a copy of said “Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal” filed on the 17th day of February
2015, as well as a list of creditors.
The amounts included in the list of creditors were obtained from the corporation’s books and records and
may be incorrect. If you disagree with the amount listed, it is not necessary to advise us at this time.
A Proof of Claim form (that you will have to complete and send to the Trustee with the supporting
documentation) will be mailed to you at a later date.
TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to Section 69 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, all proceedings
against the corporation are stayed as of the date of filing the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal with
the Official Receiver.
Subsection 50.4 (9) states that the Debtor may, before the expiry of the 30-day period after the notice of
intention was filed, apply to the Court for an extension and, at the expiry of said period, ask for another
extension. Notices informing you of these extensions, if any, as well as all documents related to this matter
will be posted at http ://www.pwc.com/car-BikiniVillage.

To all our creditors,
On February 17, 2015, because of financial difficulties, Groupe Bikini Village inc. unfortunately had to file a
Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal.
The protection from the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act is currently required to provide our management
team with a supervised environment allowing the restructuring of the company in a context towards
preserving its long-term viability of and the protection of all stakeholders' interests.
Our goal is to develop a restructuring plan that will allow us to submit a Proposal to our creditors. This
Proposal will be developed with the help of the Proposal Trustee, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. During this
period, no legal proceedings may be taken against the company. In addition, we will continue to
communicate with our suppliers and business partners to make arrangements for the continued supply of
goods and services, all on mutually acceptable terms of payments.
Be assured that we will work diligently on our restructuring and we will strive to continue our business
relationship with you.
