PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. was also appointed as a Court appointed Receiver on March 13, 2002. On February 7, 2002, Hickman Equipment (1985) Limited started proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. The Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act process was terminated on March 13, 2002.
