On October 28, 2013, the above companies filed a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal with its Creditors
pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
On November 28, 2013, the Companies obtained an Order granting an extension of 45 days to January lo,
2014 for the time required to file a Proposal.
For your information, when the Proposal is completed, it will be filed with the Office of the Superintendent
of Bankruptcy, the Court and with all of the creditors. Notices and filing documents will also be
forwarded to you at that time.

of a proposal pursuant to section 50.4(9) of the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act;
And upon reading the Affidavits of Patrick Johnston sworn on November 15, 2013 and
November 19, 2013, filed in connection with Hfx No. 421567, and the reports of
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (the "Trustee") dated November 15, 2013 and November 22,
2013, and the other materials on file herein;
And upon hearing from counsel for the Applicants, the Trustee, and such other counsel as
appeared on November 26, 2013;
And upon the hearing of the motion having been adjourned to November 28, 2013 on which
date the Registrar rendered his decision;
