On 21 January 2013 the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man made a Winding Up Order placing Louis Group
(IOM) Limited into liquidation. Michael Simpson and Gordon Wilson were appointed as Joint Liquidators and Joint
Deemed Official Receivers.

We refer to our August 2014 report.
We are pleased to inform you that certain orders were made on 22 December 2014 by the Isle of Man Court which
will allow us to enter into compromise arrangements for the benefit of certain investors.

Of the companies noted above, for those that are not in liquidation a mechanism for distribution will have to be
determined. Most likely this will be by way of creditors' voluntary liquidations. In due course we will contact you
individually with more details relating to your particular circumstances.
For all other investments made into all other Louis Group companies, please refer to our August 2014 report,
where details of likely returns are set out in appendices 4 & 5. For the reasons set out in the report, only the
companies named above are participating in the compromise arrangements.
Those LGSLN investors and Property Investment & Cessation of Securities (“PICS”) investors who have not yet
responded waiving their claims against LGSPI, please respond as soon as possible.
