Rates
All employers and employees in Thailand
By virtue of the Ministerial Regulation dated 6 January 2012, the contribution rates
to the Social Security Fund will be reduced from 5% to 3% and 4%

rates applicable for 2 different periods from January to June 2012 and July to
December 2012

are summarized below. These new rates will be applied to earnings
up to a maximum level of Baht 15,000 per month.

Total contribution rate per month
For all employees earning in excess of Baht 15,000 per month, their contributions
will decrease from Baht 750 to Baht 450 per month for January through June 2012
and Baht 600 per month for July through December 2012.
