Footlength (Lp) Measurement Method
The measurement has to be done at Gauge Height (A3) 0.05mm height above
the Seating Plane of the leads unless particular specified in the Package Outline.
It is measured from the exterior edge of the lead up to the intersection point of
the virtual Gauge Plane with the bending radius.
