The course fee includes tuition, comprehensive course
syllabus, continental breakfast each morning, coffee
breaks, lunch seminar on Friday, and breakfast seminar
on Sunday for course registrants. In addition, the fee
covers the receptions on Thursday and Saturday
evenings for registrants and their guests.
Tickets may be purchased for a barbecue dinner buffet
at the Pond House Pavilion on Friday evening by using
the conference registration form. There is limited
enrollment for this event. Reservations will be
accepted on a first come, first served basis.

to include highly acclaimed speakers and teachers
and placed them in a setting devoted to education
and fun. This year’s terrific guest faculty include:
Drs. Donald Bae, Nathan Blum, Mary Anne Jackson,
Stephen Ludwig and Anthony Mancini plus Drs.
Lewis First, Jerry Lucey, Mike D’Amico, Susan Durham
and Jill Sullivan from Vermont.
Refunds may be obtained, minus a $75 administrative
fee, if notice of cancellation is received in writing by
May 22, 2015. No refunds are possible after that date.

REGISTRATION
The program content has been developed to
enhance the general pediatrician’s knowledge in
selected topic areas. Participants will improve their
diagnostic skills and management techniques
related to common office pediatric problems,
such as Dermatology, Developmental/Behavioral
Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Infectious
Diseases, Neurosurgery, Nutrition, Orthopedics
and General Pediatrics. By the end of the course,
participants should be able to appropriately manage
infants, children and adolescents with common
behavioral problems, ADHD, common skin diseases,
pediatric emergency medical situations,
orthopedic/sports conditions, common infectious
diseases and nutritional problems. These and many
other topics will be discussed at this year’s course!
The Vermont Summer Pediatric Seminar will again be
held at the Equinox in Manchester, Vermont.

for all other pediatric conferences.”
ACCREDITATION
The University of Vermont College of Medicine is
accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education to provide continuing medical
education for physicians.
The University of Vermont designates this live
activity for a maximum of 16.5 AMA PRA Category 1
CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit
commensurate with the extent of their participation in
the activity.
Application for CME credit has been filed with the
American Academy of Family Physicians.
