An expressway on new alignment (110 Km) with the ADB/China assistance planned at an estimated cost Rs 50 billion, completion by 2017. Manshera – Sazin Section (258 2-lane exists. 25 Km improved. Thakot – Sazin improvement in Km) of N-35 progress under Chinese grant, completion in 3 years( 100MUSD). Relocation of KKH from Sazin Will be relocated at an estimated cost of 282MUSD. Out of 140 Km (Dam Site) to Raikot (120 Km) relocated length, work on 34 Km Shatial Bypass is in progress. Kararo-Wad Section (96 National Highway N-25 Km) Work on upgradation of 2-lane road has been completed with Japanese Grant of Rs 2 Billion AH-51: Quetta – D.I. Khan – Peshawar (862 Km) Total length: Asian Highway 51 ( AH 51) Peshawar – D.I. Khan - Quetta Length = 862 Km 862 Km Route: Peshawar-D.I. Khan-Quetta AH-7: 862 Km (Pakistan) Road Section Status D.I. Khan - Mughalkot Section (124 Improved to 2-Lane 7.3m wide carriageway. Km) of (N-50) Mughal Kot-Zhob Section N-50 (78 Km) Up-gradation planned with ADB assistance at a cost of 8.0 Billion (2014-17). Six (06) Bridges have also been constructed Zhob-Muslim Bagh Section N-50 (211 Up-gradation planned under ADB assistance. Zhob-Qila Km) Saifullah (150 Km) in progress whereas Qila Saifullah-Muslim Bagh (50Km) is complete. Completion by 2014. Muslim Bagh – Khanozai (50 Km) Upgraded to 2-lane 7.3m wide carriageway. Khanozai - Kuchlac Section (23 Km) Upgraded to 2-lane 7.3m wide carriageway. N-55, D.I. Khan –Sara e Gambila Work on Additional Carriageway with the assistance of ADB Section (117 Km) is complete. Badabher-Dara Adam Khel (29 Km) Work on the project with the financial assistance of ADB is Section of (N-55) complete.
