Harmuti-Murkongselek (184 km) – TDC: March, 2015. Will be completed on schedule. Balipara-Bhulkpong (New Line 35 km) – TDC: March, 2015. Will be completed on schedule. • New line Harmuti-Naharlagun (21.75 km): first connectivity to Arunachal Pradesh. TDC: March. 2014. Completed on 29th March, 2014. First Train service ran on 7th April, 2014. • Lumding-Silchar (421 km) and branch lines - Gauge Conversion expected Mar.st 2015 for Main Line/June 16 for branch lines. On Schedule – Mega Block since 1 Oct. 2014. • Dudhnoi-Mendipathar (19.75 km): first connectivity to Meghalaya (10 km) – TDC: March. 2014 and revised TDC: Sep., 2014. Beyond Halflong, NH-54 is in bad shape up to next 40 Km up to Harangajao (NHAI).
