To enhance freight transport from
Western China via R3A route through
4th Mekong river crossing bridge.
•
The project feasibility study has been
conducted by Office of Transport and
Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) since
2010.

The cabinet has already approved the
project in 2012 and assigned the
Department of Land Transport to
responsible for implementation of the
project.
