Directors of the Board
La Camera di Commercio Italiana a Los Angeles
dà il benvenuto a due nuovi Direttori del Board
l nuovo anno porta con sé un parziale rinnovo all’interno del
Board della Camera di Commercio Italiana a Los Angeles, che
accoglie due nuovi Direttori. Con lo scadere dei tre anni di
mandato, la Camera rende omaggio ai due Direttori uscenti:
Alessia Botturi, Presidente di NASA (North American Sommelier
Association), e Samuel J. Jason, fondatore dello studio legale Law
Offices of Samuel J. Jason. Il loro supporto ed il proficuo lavoro
svolto negli anni del mandato hanno permesso alla Camera di
contare su solidi punti di riferimento per dare alle imprese italiane assistenza legale e suggerimenti per la promozione nel settore vinicolo.
L’esperienza, il talento e il network dei Direttori entranti,
Marcella Leonetti-Tyler e Cristiano Manfrè, porteranno di certo
nuova linfa e forte impulso alla Camera e al Board.
Marcella Leonetti-Tyler è una professionista delle pubbliche
relazioni ed è socia della Public Relations Society of America
(Associazione Americana Relazioni Pubbliche). Da sempre al
servizio della comunità italo-americana su scala nazionale, ricopre l’incarico di Far West (South) Regional Vice President della
NIAF-National Italian American Foundation, un’organizzazione
senza scopo di lucro che rappresenta la voce della folta comunità
italo-americana negli ambienti del Congresso USA e della Casa
Bianca. Negli anni, la Fondazione si è contraddistinta nello sviluppo di importanti relazioni culturali tra l’Italia e gli Stati Uniti.
Marcella è inoltre Executive Director of Program Advancement
presso la California State University di Northridge.
Cristiano Manfrè è un professionista del settore economia e
finanza. Vanta una lunga esperienza nella consulenza finanziaria
strategica, in particolar modo per ciò che riguarda analisi finanziaria, analisi quantitativa, valutazione aziendale, consulenza per
fusioni ed acquisizioni e collocazioni finanziarie private.
Managing Director presso la Bardi Co. LLC (FINRA/SIPC), è inoltre professore a contratto presso la Facoltà di Economia della
Loyola Marymount University di Los Angeles, dove insegna
principalmente economia finanziaria, macroeconomia e valutazione aziendale. Manfrè vanta un curriculum accademico eccellente: Laurea Magistralis presso l’Università di Firenze, Master in
Economia ed MBA in finanza presso l’Università di Claremont,
California.
Marcella e Cristiano si uniscono agli altri Direttori in carica:
West Hooker-Poletti, Gino Gaudio, Tony Maniscalchi, Tina
Fanelli Moraccini, Massimo Cannas, Lorenzo Giusti, Andrea
Landi, Paolo Miliozzi.

for 2014
he new year brings along a partial renewal
within the Board of the Italy-America Chamber
of Commerce West which welcomes two new
Board Members.
As their three year term comes to an end, the
Chamber wishes to express its appreciation to the
two outgoing Directors: Alessia Botturi, President of
NASA (North American Sommelier Association)
and Samuel J. Jason, founder of the law firm Law
Offices of Samuel J. Jason. Their dedication and
commitment throughout the years supported the
Chamber in providing Italian companies with highly
professional legal services and promotional assistance specifically in the wine industry.
The expertise, the talent and network of the incoming Board Members, Marcella Leonetti-Tyler
and Cristiano Manfrè, will certainly bring new blood
and new drive to the Chamber’s Board.
Marcella Leonetti-Tyler is a PR professional and
long-time member of the Public Relations Society
of America. Her extensive history in community
service, especially in the Italian American community, led her to being named the National Italian
American Foundation’s (NIAF) Regional Vice President for the Far-West Region (South). The National
Italian American Foundation is a nonprofit organization that serves as the voice for Italian Americans
in Washington, DC and works closely with the Italian
American Congressional Delegation and the White
House. Since its inception, NIAF has fostered significant cultural relations between Italy and the United
States. Ms. Leonetti-Tyler is also the Executive Director of Program Advancement at the California State
University Northridge.
Cristiano Manfrè is a financial professional with extensive financial advisory and strategic consulting
experience, with a special focus on financial analysis. His areas of professional and academic expertise include: financial analysis, quantitative analysis,
business valuation and M&A process and advisory.
Managing Director of Bardi Co. LLC (FINRA/SIPC),
he is also a visiting professor at Loyola Marymount
University in Los Angeles where he teaches macroeconomics, financial economics and business valuation. He boasts a stellar educational background,
holding a Laurea Magistralis from University of Florence, Italy, an M.B.A. in finance and an M.A. in Economics from Claremont University.
