partnership company established in 2008 under the
companies’ Act No.7 of 2007 of Sri Lanka.

Mission
 To help every enterprise organizations, and
households in this country to prepare their Carbon
Footprints to maximum possible level and support
forestation projects, Renewable Energy and other
measures to set off their Carbon Emissions.
Objectives
 To provide technical and financial assistance to the





Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project
developers for the preparation of the Clean
Development Mechanism documentation.
To facilitate CDM sales agreement negotiations
To facilitate bundling of small CDM projects
To facilitate access to capital funding for CDM projects
through commercial banks
To provide investment capital for CDM projects
To engage in carbon trade through purchasing and
subsequent sale for carbon credits
