Political Savvy
1. Political intelligence is pivotal in managing stakeholders.
2. Better political savvy can reduce stress.
3. Political behaviours cause conflict such as:
– People having different goals/agendas
– Power/status issues
– Differences over ways of doing things
4. The preferred method of dealing with conflict is inaction
– With people avoiding politics and
– Pretending conflict is not there.
