The Brookings Public Policy Minor (18 credits) includes three credits of introductory level
survey course, “Think Tank 101”, (12 credits) includes a selection of four courses from the
UD courses, and three credits of a capstone course within the student’s college. Capstone
course requirements include a research paper of roughly 3,000 words written under the supervision of a UNLV Faculty member and one of the Brookings Scholars engaged in this
program. Selected student papers may be published by the Brookings Institution.
