Permission) ECON 313 (formerly ECON 411X) Economic Analysis of Public Policy (Prerequisite: ECON 102 or Instr. Permission) PSC 405W (formerly PSC 405Z) New Issues in Foreign Policy (Prerequisite: PSC 231) GSC 440 Issues in Metropolitan Policy (Prerequisite: GSC 101) Capstone Course 3 (See Professor Lang for details) The Brookings Public Policy Minor (18 credits) includes three credits of introductory level survey course, “Think Tank 101”, (12 credits) includes a selection of four courses from the UD courses, and three credits of a capstone course within the student’s college. Capstone course requirements include a research paper of roughly 3,000 words written under the supervision of a UNLV Faculty member and one of the Brookings Scholars engaged in this program. Selected student papers may be published by the Brookings Institution. 18 CREDITS TOTAL
