• priSM growth has not been as strong as expected, prime
reasons for this are :
– Significant effort was involved in establishing the management system
for prism diverting promotional activities
– Awareness of priSM has been low due to limitations in marketing
largely being focused on major itSMF conferences
– The priSM organization structure was generally not responsive and
dynamic enough
– The value proposition for ITSM professionals has not been compelling
enough
