My Area of Interest now – Leadership and Management The value in having a mentor: My first mentor gave me the confidence to progress in my career My second mentor helped me decide to do an MSc when I was considering a degree, and gave me confidence to progress much faster in my career My third mentor – honestly? didn’t help much My fourth mentor is helping me think through tough choices about my current conflicting priorities and future direction (Phd, Work, Home) HI Mentoring - Why Do it?
