Easy B-series modules and Easy750

Inverters of the latest design need compact IGBT modules with simple system
integration to facilitate favourable solutions in power electronics. In accordance
with the market requirements modern power semiconductor modules must feature
a height as low as possible and it must be possible to implement them easily
(i.e. layout-ability).

With the latest module generation Easy1B, Easy2B and Easy750, Infineon
Technologies applies the proven components of the previous Easy technology
and integrates further innovative features.

Applications
The Easy B-Series module generation is available in 600 V, 650 V and 1200 V, from 6 A
to 200 A. The range covers PIM and sixpack configurations as well as bridge rectifiers,
half-bridges, fourpacks, 3-level full-bridge and 3-level phase leg modules.

To comply with the ever increasing need for compact height, a total module height of
only 12 mm was realised.

„„ Uninterruptible Power Supplies
The features like the flexible Pin-Grid in combination with the latest IGBT chip
technology enable the integration of PIM configutration up to 15A in Easy750,
30A in Easy1B and 50A in Easy2B modules as an example.
