Eco sustainability
Saint-Pierre rivolge da sempre il suo sguardo alla qualità del prodotto ed alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente,
utilizzando quelle parti di quarzi e marmi che durante la fase di estrazione nelle cave vengono
normalmente definiti scarti per la loro dimensione. Tali materiali vengono macinati, setacciati e lavati
per ottenere delle sabbie idonee alla produzione di agglomerati di quarzo o marmo. Saint-Pierre pone
un severo controllo ad ogni fase del processo produttivo e grazie a nuovi sistemi di lavorazione e al
costante controllo delle materie prime, garantisce al consumatore la sicurezza di un rivestimento sano.
Grazie agli obbiettivi che ci siamo prefissati abbiamo ottenuto certificati da laboratori esterni che
attestano i nostri rivestimenti come sicuri per l’uomo e per l’ambiente in cui vive.
INERTI Tutte le tipologie di polveri inerti utilizzate nei nostri prodotti sono purissime e controllate
periodicamente da laboratori esterni specializzati.
RESINA Utilizzata in minima parte (12%), ha la funzione di legante.
OSSIDI Le colorazioni dei nostri prodotti sono ottenute con l’utilizzo di pigmenti naturali ricavati da una
particolare lavorazione dei metalli, che miscelati tra di loro danno origine a una vasta gamma
di tonalità. Sono comunemente chiamati ossidi di ferro.
Saint-Pierre is very careful to the quality of the product and to protect the environment. Saint-Pierre uses
those parts of quartz and marble that during the extraction are normally defined waste for their size.
These materials are ground, sieved and washed to obtain the sands suitable for the production of clusters
of quartz or marble. Saint-Pierre puts strict control at every step of the production process which, thanks
to new manufacturing systems and the constant control of raw materials guarantees consumers the
security of a healthy coating. Our coating are certified by external laboratories that attest they are as safe
for humans and for the environment.
INERTI All types of inert powders used in our products are pure and controlled periodically by specialized
external laboratories.
RESIN
Used in small part (12%), has the function to bind.
OXIDES The colors of our products are obtained with the use of natural pigments derived from a particular
metalworking, which mixed together give rise to a wide range hue. Are commonly called iron
oxides.
