The Magna Charta Observatory cannot provide the hotel booking service. Participants will pay the room at the departure. A credit card number will be asked as guarantee. Booking can be cancelled without penalties within a period of time before the arrival date. This period of time depends on the hotel where participant books the room. Bologna is a medieval city and its hotels are integrated in its architecture. Therefore room number of each structure is limited. For this reason Magna Charta Observatory has made agreements with many hotels, all situated in city centre, most of them at walking distance from conference site. The special rates indicated are valid only for this event and only in case participants will mention Magna Charta at the moment of the booking. City tax is not included.
