PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Anthony P. Venturino has prepared numerous U.S. and PCT patent applications, trademark applications and opinions, and
participated in major litigations for domestic and international clients. He has also been responsible for complex activities
including negotiating and drafting agreements, conducting due diligence for multi-million dollar technology acquisitions,
and counseling senior management on intellectual property issues.
Mr. Venturino has corporate and law firm experience including having been a chemical engineer with Exxon and a patent
counsel with U.S. Surgical Corporation. His fields of technical expertise include chemistry, oil, gas and coal processing,
metallurgy, surfactants, polymers, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. He is also a licensed professional
engineer in New Jersey.
