Il Consorzio Stabile Venitaly ha come obbiettivo di
creare sinergia e unione tra società dislocate in tutto il
territorio nazionale, interessate a sviluppare soluzioni per
la Pubblica Amministrazione sia nel mercato Nazionale
che Internazionale.
The aim of Consorzio Stabile Venitaly is that of creating
synergy and union among companies located in
the whole national territory, which are interested in
developing solutuins for the Public Administration both in
national and international markets.
Venitaly è pertanto in grado di acquisire contratti sia
in appalto, sia in subappalto, sia in concessione, sia in
qualsiasi altra forma con enti pubblici o privati, concernenti
la progettazione, costruzione, manutenzione di opere
e lavori, ed ogni attività o servizio, anche gestionale,
attinente ad opere o impianti pubblici o privati, anc he
mediante “global service” o “project financing”.
Venitaly is therefore able ti acquire contracts and
subcontracts, franchising or any other forms with public
bodies or private institution, relative to project, building,
maintenance of works and kind of activities or services,
including those of managerial type, connected with
works or public and private installations also through
“global service” or “project financing”.
Venitaly fa parte di UCSI Unione Consorzi Stabili italiani
e esteri che ha già in essere importanti attività in molte
realtà estere (Qatar, Algeria e Marocco, Kurdistan,
Arabia Saudita, India, Cina, Costa d’Avorio, Mauritania,
Uzbekistan, etc.) nate dalla costante apertura e ricerca
di soluzioni vincenti.
Venitaly belongs to UCSI Union of Italian and Foreign
Consorzi Stabili which has already developed important
activities in any foreign countries (Qatar, Algeria,

FIORENZUOLA HOSPITAL
Il nuovo ospedale di Fiorenzuola è stato creato per
raggruppare i servizi ospedalieri che in precedenza erano
sparse nel territorio della Val d’Arda. Il nuovo edificio
è l’intersezione di due diversi edifici, sia in funzionale e
condizioni morfologiche. Una pianta quadrata struttura
centrale molto compatta e due strutture allineate, una
su ciascun lato, su pilotis, che vanno al nucleo centrale.
Le differenze formali e strutturali corrispondono a
diverse funzioni e attività, in particolare la casa di due
strutture allineate le in-pazienti e ambulatori, mentre la
centrale la struttura ospita i servizi di accoglienza, uffici
e laboratori. Questa dicotomia è espressa anche nella
scelta del materiali di rivestimento esterno. La struttura è
disposta su quattro livelli fuori terra e un piano interrato.
La forma e posizione dell’edificio sul lotto derivano dalle
caratteristiche geometriche della zona e dalla relazione
tra le vecchie e nuove strutture che sono collegati da un
tunnel sotto la strada e un passaggio a livello del primo
piano.
The new hospital in Fiorenzuola has been created to
group together the hospital services which were previously
scattered in the Val d’Arda territory. The new building is the
intersection of two different buildings both in functional
and morphologic terms. A square plan very compact
central structure and two aligned structures, one on each
side, on pilotis, which go to the central nucleus. The formal
and structural differences correspond to different functions
and activities; in particular the two aligned structures
house the in-patients and outpatients departments while
the central structure houses the reception services, offices
and laboratories. This dichotomy is also expressed in the
choice of the external covering materials. The structure
is on four levels above the ground and an underground
level. The shape and position of the building on the lot
derive from the geometric characteristics of the area and
from the relation between the old and new structures
which are connected by a tunnel under the road and a
walkway at first floor level.
