Nuove modalità per il pagamento delle sanzioni
del servizio di trasporto pubblico locale
ex art. 10 della Legge Regionale 52/82 e ss.mm.
Quanto si paga?
• con una riduzione del 50%, entro cinque giorni dalla contestazione: € 54,90
• in misura piena, tra sei e sessanta giorni dalla data di contestazione: € 104,90
• se non hai ritirato copia del verbale al momento della contestazione,
agli importi suddetti si aggiungono € 12,00 per ulteriori spese di procedimento
e postalizzazione.
Come si paga?
• sportelli di Poste Italiane, mediante versamento su c.c.p. n. 83922013,
intestato ad Atac SpA, Sanzioni Amministrative, via Prenestina 45, 00176 Roma
• banche, mediante bonifico bancario cod. IBAN: IT39K0760103200000083922013
• 700 rivendite autorizzate Atac
• sezione dedicata del sito atac.roma.it
• POS mobile, se in dotazione al personale ispettivo Atac
Il pagamento della sanzione dovrà avvenire entro e non oltre sessanta giorni
dalla data di consegna o notifica del verbale.
NON è più possibile effettuare il pagamento in CONTANTI ai controllori.

New procedures for the payment of fines
for the local public transport service
Pursuant to Art. 10 of Regional Law 52/82 and subsequent amendments
How much is the fine?
• with a 50% reduction if paid within five days after issue: 54.90
• full rate if paid between six and sixty days after issue: € 104.90
• if you fail to take the copy of the fine at the time of issue, € 12.00
is added to the above amounts for procedural and mailing expenses.
How do I pay?
• at branches of Poste Italiane, with payment of postal account

• at 700 authorized ATAC outlets

Payment of the fine must take place by and no later than sixty days after the date of the
handing over or the notification of the fine.
It is NO LONGER POSSIBLE to make a CASH payment to inspectors.
