MASSIMILIANO GHINI, MBA
Massimiliano Ghini is the Director of the Center for Innovative Management and Board member at Six Seconds, The Emotional Intelligence Network. A Professor of Management at Alma Graduate School (AGS) and Human Resources Management at the University of Bologna, Faculty of Engineering. Max’s area of expertise include: -

Human and Emotional Capital Strategy He is an international consultant with a wide experience in management. He loves neuroscience and the Brain-­‐based approach to business. Max is the coauthor of the book Inside Change (italian edition: Intelligenza Emotiva dentro il cambiamento ed ilsole24ore 2010), coauthor of the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment (SEI) and of the Vital Signs Tools (VS) to measure the drivers of performance and the author of several articles and white papers on EQ. In 2006, Max has been candidate at the Aspen Institute Faculty Pioneer Award for the “significant contribution to the field of business in society, particularly through his innovative research and tools related to Emotional Intelligence”. His research, articles and findings were published Worldwide. Some examples from the last period: Society for Human Resource Management Magazine on people performance, Education Wire on Emotional Leaders, Fox Business on Emotional Intelligence and Leadership, Intelligent HQ on Human Capital, Reuters on Harvard Conference, Yahoo News on Organizational Performance and the Bottom Line. One of his mantra's is Peter Drucker's statement: "Your foremost job as leader is to take charge of your own energy, and then orchestrate the energy of others."
