“Sedici Plus” is made of top-notch High Modulus Polypropylene (HMPP), that gives the pipe high mechanical and physical

L’utilizzo di PPHM apporta un aumento del tempo di vita del tubo, grazie alla sua resistenza all’abrasione. Il confronto tra la
capacità di resistenza all’abrasione del PPHM di “Sedici Plus” e quella di altri materiali usati nei tubi per fognature è riassunta
nel grafico sottostante.
The use of HMPP produces an increase of the life-duration of the pipe, thanks to its resistance to abrasion. A comparison
between “Sedici Plus” HMPP and other materials used for producing sewage pipes is resumed in the diagram below.
L'utilisation de PPHM apporte une augmentation de la durée de vie, grâce à la résistance à l'abrasion. La comparaison
entre la capacité de résistance à l’abrasion du PPHM du «Sedici Plus» et autres materiaux utilisés dans les tuyaux d’égout

La giunzione è un punto di forza di “Sedici Plus”, grazie al codolo ed al
bicchiere realizzati con parete compatta a doppio strato; in tal modo, la
classe di rigidità SN16 KN/m2 è mantenuta anche nel tratto del giunto.
Questa caratteristica, unita all’utilizzo di guarnizioni elastomeriche preinserite e correttamente orientate rispetto al flusso dei fluidi nel tubo,
assicura alla geometria del giunto la precisione e la costanza che
consentono di avere una grandissima tenuta idraulica.
TThe junction is Sedici Plus strong point, thanks to the spigot and socket
produced in double-layer compact wall; this way the nominal stiffness
SN16/m2 is maintained in the junction segment, too.This feature, along
with the pre-inserted elastomeric fitting, properly oriented towards the fluids flow in the pipe, ensures the junction geometry with
constance and precision enabling a very high hydraulic tightness.
La jonction est le point fort du Sedici Plus, grace au systeme coude-emboitement produit en paroi compacte à double couche; de
cette façon la classe de rigidité annulaire SN16 KN/m2 est mantenue aussi dans le segment de la jonction.
Cette caractéristique, combinée avec l'utilisation de joints élastomères correctement orientées par rapport à l'écoulement des
fluides dans le tuyau, assure à la géométrie du joint la précision et la constance qui permettent d'avoir une très grande étanchéité
hydraulique.

8023 e liscio internamente giallo RAL 1021 per facilitare ispezioni visive, del Diametro Nominale Esterno DN/OD…..
Il tubo dev’essere rispondente alla normativa UNI EN 13476-3:2009, tipo B e deve avere Classe di Rigidità SN16 KN/m2 misurata secondo UNI EN
ISO 9969.
Il tubo dev’essere dotato di apposito sistema di giunzione integrato in ogni barra e costituito dalle due estremità a parete piena con classe di
spessore SDR 41 (Diam. Esterno/Spessore = 41) di cui una liscia (codolo) ed una bicchierata, ottenuta per termoformatura, priva di saldature e
dotata di alloggio o sede preformata per l’unica guarnizione elastomerica di tenuta del tipo a labbro, realizzata in EPDM secondo la norma UNI
EN 681/WC, come raffigurato in fig. 3 della UNI EN 13476-3:2009.
Inoltre, il tubo dovrà riportare la marcatura prevista dalla Norma di Riferimento ed il Marchio di Conformità di prodotto rilasciato da Istituto o
Ente riconosciuto o accreditato Sincert e dovrà essere fornito, su richiesta del committente, con relativo certificato di collaudo o dichiarazione
di conformità alle seguenti norme/prove:
prove di rigidità anulare (SN) secondo UNI EN ISO 9969;
prove di tenuta idraulica del sistema di giunzione a 0,5 bar in pressione ed a 0,3 bar in depressione per 15 min secondo UNI EN 1277;
conformità del sistema di qualità aziendale alla ISO 9001:2008;

SPECIFICATION
Supply and installation of structured pipe, structured-wall type in High Modulus Polypropylene (HMPP) for the realization of underground sewage
systems not under pressure, produced by ISO 9001:2008 certified company, with co-extruded double wall, corrugated and brown RAL 8023
coloured outside and smooth and yellow RAL 1021 coloured inside in order to facilitate visual inspections. Nominal External Diametre DN/OD …..
The pipe must be compliant with UNI EN 13476-3:2009, B type, standard and must have stiffness class SN16 KN/m2 measured according to UNI
EN ISO9969.
The pipe must be equipped by appropriate junction system, integrated in every bar and composed by the two full wall extremities with SDR 41
thickness class (Ext. Diametre/thickness = 41) one of witch is smooth (spigot) and the other one with socket, realized by thermoformation of the
pipe itself, without welding and provided with housing or pre-formed seat for the unique tightness elastomer gasket lip-type, realized in EPDM
according to UNI EN 681-1 WC standard as shown in fig. 3 of the UNI EN 13476-3:2009.
Moreover, the pipe will show the marking expected from the reference standard and the Compliance Mark of product released by Institution
or Company recognized and qualified by Sincert and will be supplied, on demand of the client, with the relative test certificate or compliance
declaration to the following test/standards:
ring stiffness test (SN) according to UNI EN ISO 9969;
hydraulic tightness test of the junction system at 0,5 bar in pressure and at 0,3 bar in depression for 15 min according to UNI EN 1277;
compliance of the company quality system to the ISO 9001:2008 standard;

Le tuyau doit être conforme à la norme UNI EN 13476-3:2009, type B,et doit avoir classe de rigidité SN16 KN/m2 mesurée selon UNI EN ISO 9969.
Le tuyau doit être doté de spécifique système de jonction intégré dans chaque barre et constitué par les extrémités à paroi pleine avec classe
d’épaisseur SDR 4 (Diam. Extérieur/épaisseur = 41) duquel une lisse et une avec emboîtement, obtenue par thermoformation, sans soudures et
dotée de logenment ou siège préformée pour la seule garniture élastomère de tenue du type à lèvre, réalisé en EPDM selon la norme UNI EN
681/WC, comme montré en fig. 3 de la UNI EN 13476-3:2009.
En plus le tuyau devra avoir la marque prévue par la Norme de référence et le Marque de Conformité de produit relaxé par Institution ou
Organisme reconnu et accrédité Sincert et devra être fourni, sur demande du client, avec relatif certifié d’essai ou déclaration de conformité
aux test/essais suivants:
itests de rigidité annulaire (SN) selon UNI EN ISO 9969;
tests de résistance hydraulique du système de jonction à 0,5bar en pression et à 0,3bar en dépression pour 15 min selon UNI EN 1277;
conformité du système de qualité d’enterprise à la ISO 9001:2008;
