Als außergewöhnlich kompakte, schwenkbare Bügelleuchte konzipiert,
besteht NANO SUPPORT aus einem nur 20mm schlanken, waagrecht
drehbaren, an zwei mit der Bodenfläche verschraubbaren Standrohren
gelagerten Alu-Rundprofil, in dem eine (je nach Baulänge) flexibel konfigurierbare Reihe von e2 LED für eine gezielte, brillante Ausleuchtung der
Vitrinenfläche sorgt – in Längen von 350, 650, 950 und 1250mm erhältlich.
Wahlweise in vier Ausstrahlwinkeln 10/45/66/90° lieferbar.
Varianten mit Lichtfarben 2700, 3000, 4000 und 6000K.
Bestückung mit energieeffizienten 1,1W e2 LED, nach 50.000h noch mind.
70% der Anfangshelligkeit (L70) bei max. 35°C Umgebungstemperatur.

NANO SUPPORT permette di focalizzare da sopra la luce in maniera precisa. Concepito come apparecchio compatto e orientabile, NANO SUPPORT
è fatto di un profilo rotondo in alluminio, largo solo 20mm, girevole in orizzontale, montato su una struttura che si può fissare sul fondo. Nel profilo
viene inserita una linea di e² LED , variabile in lunghezza perché disponibile
nelle lunghezze 350, 650, 950 e 1250mm, che garantisce un´illuminazione
precisa e brillante degli oggetti che vengono illuminati.
Disponibile con quattro angoli di emissione 10/45/66/90°.
Varianti con colori di luce di 2700, 3000, 4000 e 6000K.
Uso di e² LED da 1,1W, dopo 50.000 ore ancora 70% della luminosità
iniziale (L70) con una temperatura di ambiente di massimo 35°C.
Su richiesta con binning premium o binning High CRI con indice di reso
cromatico Ra >90.

NANO STICK è un apparecchio fatto sopratutto per illuminare le vetrine.
Nel profilo di solo 15 mm di diametro sono inseriti da due fino a cinque
power LED che garantiscono un´illuminazione omogenea e brillante di tutta
la vetrina. Il profilo è un tubo rotondo in alluminio, disponibile in alluminio
anodizzato in naturale oppure in nero che può essere fissato sul fondo.
Uso di 16°, 26°, 38° lenti e ellittico da 43x16 gradi.
Sistema continuo di contatto a spina, montaggio senza l´uso di attrezzi.

(Klassifizierung) wird der Farbraum um die BBL (Black Body

Für Anwendungen, bei denen eine besonders einheitliche Lichtfarbe gewünscht wird, wie weiße Flächen und kurze Beleuchtungsabstände, bietet XAL ein Premium Binning an. Die bereits in
Lichtfarbquadranten sortierten LED werden nochmals in vier Bereiche unterteilt. Dieser mittels
optischer Messinstrumente durchgeführte Selektionsprozess garantiert dem Kunden höchste
Homogenität in der Lichtfarbe und eine minimale Abweichung von der Black Body Kurve (siehe
CRI Diagramm).
Premium binning XAL (ANSI 1/16 Binning) (3000K, 4000K):
Per applicazioni nelle quali è richiesto un colore della luce particolarmente omogeneo, ad
esempio superfici bianche e distanze di illuminazione ravvicinate, XAL offre un binning ottimale. I
LED già classificati in quadranti di colore della luce vengono suddivisi in quattro settori
supplementari. Questo processo di selezione, eseguito tramite strumenti di misurazione ottica,
garantisce al cliente la più elevata omogeneità del colore della luce e uno scostamento minimo
dalla curva di corpo nero (vedere diagramma CRI).

Per applicazioni che richiedono un indice di resa cromatica particolarmente elevato XAL offre

Um die Lebensdauer der LED zu gewährleisten, darf das Leuchtenprofil auf der Reflektorseite
nicht verkleidet werden. In Vitrinen ist für ausreichende Luftzirkulation zu sorgen. NANO ist
ausgelegt für Umgebungstemperaturen von max. 35°C. Für LED Ausfälle, die durch unsachgemäßen Einbau entstehen, übernimmt XAL keine Garantie oder Gewährleistung.
Aluminium hat einen Längenausdehnungskoeffizienten von 2,4 mm pro Meter bei 100°C
Erwärmung.
Bei Einbau des NANO Systems in Holzplatten ist ein Übermaß von 1mm pro m einzuplanen.
LED unterliegen, wie andere Leuchtmittel auch, einer Einbrennphase und damit einer Lichtfarbpunktverschiebung (Color Point Shift). Abhängig von der verwendeten LED rechnen wir mit
einem „Color Point Shift“ von bis zu 50 Kelvin ausgehend vom ausgelieferten Zustand.
NANO ist ein Stecker fertiges verpolungssicheres System, für Schäden, die durch Verpolung
entstanden sind, übernimmt XAL keine Gewährleistung oder Garantie.
Angabe min. Flux lm/led bezieht sich auf die LED-Herstellerangaben bei 25°C LED Temperatur.
I
Per garantire l’intera vita utile del LED il profilo luce non deve essere rivestito dal lato del riflettore. All’interno delle vetrine è necessario garantire un buon ricircolo d’aria. NANO è progettato
per temperature ambiente di max. 35° C. Per i guasti ai LED derivanti da un montaggio non
conforme XAL declina ogni responsabilità e non fornisce alcuna garanzia.
L´alluminio si estende quando diventa caldo. Se il sistema NANO viene incassato in lastre di
legno, bisogna lasciare uno spazio di 1mm su ogni metro del canale.
Come tutte le lampadine, anche i LED hanno una fase di inizializzazione finchè raggiungono la
