partecipazione qualificata in J.Dose Ltd, con sede a Nassau, Bahamas. J.Dose possiede il
100% di Amber Trust and Bank Ltd alla quale è affidata la gestione operativa. Malgrado
la cessione, la società continua a mantenere stretti legami sinergici con il Gruppo
Fidinam.

Sale of the stake in Amber Trust and Bank Ltd
Fidinam Group Worldwide is pleased to inform that it has recently completed the sale
of its qualified stake in J.Dose Ltd, a financial service company based in Nassau,
Bahamas. J.Dose owns 100% of Amber Trust and Bank Ltd, which manages the
operations. Despite the sale, the company maintains close synergetic ties with the
Fidinam Group.
