ISPEZIONI E COLLAUDI / INSPECTIONS AND TESTINGS
Quality Test s.r.l. svolge tutti i principali controlli non distruttivi, ispezioni, collaudi e trattamenti termici, nei settori industriale, navale e
civile, grazie all’utilizzo di attrezzature e strumentazioni tecnologicamente avanzate e alla professionalità e all’esperienza ventennale
di tecnici altamente qualificati e specializzati. I principali controlli non distruttivi (CND) che si eseguono sono controlli radiografici e
gammagrafici (RT), ultrasuoni (UT), magnetici (MT), visivi (VT), liquidi penetranti (PT), analisi chimiche (P.M.I.), prove di durezza (HT),
endoscopia e misure di ferrite. Inoltre si eseguono trattamenti termici (TT), prove meccaniche e collaudi di impianti. Gli operatori sono
qualificati in conformità alla norma ISO 9712 e agli standard della Recommended Pratice SNT-TC-1A ai livelli 2 e 3. Il responsabile
tecnico è il sig. Stefano Zauli qualificato al 3° livello della norma ISO 9712 - SNT TC 1A. La società, operativa dal 2009, si è trasferita
nel corso dell’anno 2012 nella nuova sede ubicata nella zona Bassette Sud di Ravenna, in prossimità del petrolchimico, su un’area
di 1500 m2 di cui 350 m2 coperti e 800 m2 scoperti destinati allo stoccaggio, alla movimentazione ed al collaudo dei materiali.
L’edificio dispone di un bunker per radiografia industriale le cui dimensioni interne sono di 5,00 x 9,00 x 5,00 m. di altezza, dotato
di una porta di 3,50 x 4,00 m. e di un carroponte da 30 kN. La movimentazione dei materiali può essere eseguita sia all’interno del
bunker, sia nel piazzale dove i manufatti vengono posizionati su un carrello su rotaia di portata pari a 130 kN attraverso l’ausilio di
mezzi di sollevamento con portata sino a 40 kN. La presenza del bunker garantisce la tempestività e l’affidabilità dei controlli. Inoltre,
l’uso di sorgenti radio-gammagrafiche in itinere consente di adattarci all’esigenze dei clienti operando direttamente presso i loro siti
e cantieri, grazie ai permessi per la detenzione, l’impiego ed il trasporto delle sorgenti su tutto il territorio nazionale e all’impiego di
tecnici professionalmente esposti ai sensi della normativa vigente. Nel 2013 Quality Test ha conseguito la certificazione del proprio
Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità in accordo alla norma ISO 9001:2008 per l’erogazione di servizi di ispezione e controlli (settore
EA35).
Quality Test S.r.l. carries all the main non-destructive testing, inspections and heat treatments in the industrial, naval and civil
field through the use of technologically advanced equipment and instrumentation, professionalism and twenty-year experience
of high skilled and qualified technicians. Our company performs main non-destructive testing (NDT) as follows: radiographic and
gammagraphic testing (RT), ultrasonic test (UT), magnetic test (MT), visual test (VT), dye penetrant test (PT), PMI, hardness test (HT),
endoscopy and ferritoscope measurements. Furthermore, Quality Test S.r.l. realizes heat treatments (TT), mechanical tests and tests
of installations. Our operators are qualified in accordance with ISO 9712 and Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A standards I and II
levels. The technical manager is Mr. Stefano Zauli qualified as III level ISO 9712 - SNT TC 1A. Quality Test S.r.l., operating since 2009,
has moved in the year 2012 in the new headquarters located in the industrial area of Bassette Sud close to the petrochemical. The
head office covers an area of of 1500 m2 of which 350 m2 is a covered area and 800 m2 is an opened area for storage, movement
and testing of materials. The building has an annexed bunker for industrial radiographic testing. It includes an overhead travelling
crane: his internal size are 5,00 x 9,00 x 5,00 m of height with a door of 3,5 x 4,00 m. The movement of products can be followed by
both internal of bunker and forecourt where goods are placed on a rail truck of 130 kN capacity, through the use of lifting equipment
with capacity up to 40 kN. The presence of the bunker ensures the timeliness and reliability of tests. Furthermore, the use of radiogammagraphic sources ongoing allows us to adapt the needs of customers working directly with their sites and yards, using the
permission of detention, use and transport radio-gammagraphic sources throughout the country and employing technicians that are
professionally exposed under the current regulation. In 2013 Quality Test has obtained the certification of its Quality Management
System according to ISO 9001:2008 for the provision of inspection and controls (EA35 sector).
