1) Remove the oil from the gearbox (make sure
it is not too hot).
Togliere l’olio dal cambio (accertasi che l’olio
del cambio non sia troppo caldo).

The following parts are needed for the assembly of the power takeoff:

2) Remove the cover from the gearbox access hatch.
Rimuovere il coperchio del portello del
cambio.
3) Remove the gasket from around the hatch
and clean the hatch rim with a spatula or wire
brush, taking care to avoid any scraps getting
into the gearbox.
Rimuovere la guarnizione del portello e pulire
con una spatola o una spazzola di ferro il piano
del portello facendo attenzione a non introdurre
corpi estranei nel cambio.

4) Using a screwdriver, fit the threaded pins
in the holes illustrated in the figure.
Utilizzando un cacciavite inserire le spine filettate nei fori indicati in figura.

6) Fit the PTO on the hatch using the screws provided in the assembly kit, exerting a tightening
torque of 48-50 Nm. The two special screws
(contained only in kit 154-000-56268) must be
fitted in the positions shown in the figure.
Montare la PTO sul portello con le viti contenute
nel kit di montaggio utilizzando una coppia di serraggio pari a 48-50 Nm. Le 2 viti speciali (contenute solo nel kit 154-000-56268), vanno montate
nelle posizione in figura.

5) Fit the special gasket with the ribbed side facing outwards.

7) In one of the two threaded inspection
holes, check to ensure that the slack on
the gears is on greater than 0.1-0.2 mm.
Verificare in uno dei 2 fori filettati di ispezione che il gioco degli ingranaggi non sia
superiore a 0,1 - 0,2 mm.

8) Fit the hexagon bolts in the threaded inspection holes.
Montare i tappi TCE nei fori filettati di
ispezione.

9)Attach the connector provided in the coupling/
lubrification kit to the threaded hole on the gearbox, in the position shown in the figure.
Montare il raccordo presente nel kit di innesto/
lubrificazione nell’apposito foro filettato presente
sul cambio nella posizione indentificata in figura.

10) Fit the hydraulic hose provided in the kit between the
connector on the power takeoff
and the connector on the gearbox. The connector on the power takeoff is attached directly
to the flange for the constant
mesh power takeoff (1) and to
the solenoid valve for the clutch
coupling power takeoffs (2).
Montare il tubo presente nel kit
tra il raccordo sulla presa e il
raccordo sul cambio. Il raccordo
sulla presa di forza è collegato
direttamente alla flangia per la
presa constant mesh (1) e alla
elettrovalvola per le prese con
innesto a frizione (2).
