Shake gently
Shout loudly
Shout for help &
assess patient
Open airway
Check breathing
Check pulse if trained to do so

If NO signs of life
If signs of life
Call Resuscitation Team
CPR 30:2
Assess ABCDE
Recognise and treat
Oxygen, monitoring, IV access
Deliver 30 chest compressions
Deliver two rescue breaths
using oxygen and airway adjuncts
Apply pads / monitor
Attempt defibrillation if appropriate
