compratore a sua disposizione presso lo stabilimento fornitore, la fattura
viene emessa come se la spedizione
fosse avvenuta ed i materiali vengono
tenuti in magazzino a rischio, pericolo
e spese del compratore.
c. Quando non vi siano particolari disposizioni da parte del compratore, le
spedizioni vengono effettuate secondo le necessità di fabbrica.
CONSEGNE
a. La consegna si intende eseguita
presso lo stabilimento fornitore.
b. I termini di consegna, se espressi
in numero di giorni, si intendono riferiti a giornate lavorative. I termini di
consegna decorrono dal giorno in cui
l’ordinazione pervenuta al venditore si
è perfezionata sotto ogni aspetto.
c. I ritardi della consegna, dovuti
a causa di forza maggiore o a fatti
estranei alla volontà del fornitore, non
danno mai al compratore il diritto di
annullare il contratto, né di pretendere la rifusione di eventuali danni diretti
od indiretti.
PAGAMENTI
a. I pagamenti della merce dovranno
essere effettuati nei termini pattuiti
presso la sede della nostra amministrazione. L’emissione di tratte o l’accettazione di effetti pagabili su altre
piazze non implicano una deroga a
questa clausula.
b. Nel caso di ritardo del pagamento
totale ed anche parziale di una fattura, il venditore, salvi tutti gli altri suoi
diritti, avrà facoltà si sospendere le
ulteriori consegne, anche se queste
fossero dovute in dipendenza di altri
contratti, ed anche di pretendere l’immediato ed intero pagamento di tutto
il materiale ordinato, od averlo in altro
modo garantito.
c. Sui ritardati pagamenti decorrerà
l’interesse commerciale maggiorato di
4 punti rispetto al tasso di sconto (TUS)

in vigore in quel momento, come pure
le spese di bollo e incasso.
GARANZIE E RECLAMI
a. La garanzia della merce è limitata
al solo materiale di prima scelta con
la tolleranza del 5% e i materiali di
seconda scelta sono sempre venduti
senza nessuna nostra responsabilità e
garanzia; essa rimane quindi espressamente esclusa per il materiale di
scelta diversa. Differenze di tonalità
non sono un difetto ma una caratteristica del prodotto, pertanto non possono essere denunciate come vizio di
materiale.
b. Gli eventuali reclami devono esserci notificati con lettera raccomandata
entro otto giorni dall’arrivo della merce a destino e comunque prima che il
materiale sia posto in opera. Eventuali
vizi o difetti della merce regolarmente
denunciati, e da noi riconosciuti, danno il diritto soltanto alla sostituzione
dei materiali difettosi. Gli obblighi del
venditore si esauriscono con tale sostituzione. Non sono a suo carico altri
oneri, non essendo tenuto il venditore
a risarcire danni diretti od indiretti di
qualsiasi natura derivati al compratore dall’impiego o dal mancato impiego del materiale difettoso. Qualsiasi
reclamo o contestazione non implica
la sospensione od il rifiuto del pagamento delle fatture, pagamento che
dovrà effettuarsi regolarmente e integralmente nei termini convenuti.

Guida al trattamento
e alla manutenzione
ISTRUZIONI
Il Cotto Palagio per le sue caratteristiche fisiche, richiede un trattamento
particolarmente facile e rapido; alcune semplici attenzioni permettono di
ottenere un risultato eccezionale e
duraturo di sicura soddisfazione.
LAVAGGIO
Eseguire il lavaggio solo a pavimento
completamente asciutto (occorrono
indicativamente dopo la posa a malta
circa 20 giorni, e 5-10 giorni per la
posa a colla, a seconda delle condizioni del tempo e delle stagioni).
1. Bagnare con acqua e poi lavare
e strofinare il pavimento con ACIDO
TAMPONATO per qualche minuto.
(Con 1 litro = 5 mq.). Fare attenzione
a togliere ogni residuo di calce, cemento o colla dalle piastrelle.
2. Risciacquare bene fino ad ottenere
acqua chiara. L’operazione va fatta
prima che il pavimento si asciughi
dopo la pulitura con acido.
TRATTAMENTO
Il trattamento va iniziato a pavimento
asciutto (si consiglia di lasciare circolare l’aria nell’ambiente anche in
inverno per facilitare l’evaporazione
dell’umidità).
Consiste in:
1. Stendere con spugna o pennellessa il prodotto di fondo (1 litro = 20
mq.) che ha la funzione di impregnante e livellante.
2. Dopo 24 ore stendere una
mano di cera in pasta cremosa
(neutra o anticata) in modo uniforme (1 litro = 8:10 mq.).
Il trattamento può essere fatto con
cera neutra, per ottenere una colorazione calda e vicina al colore
originale del prodotto, oppure cera
anticata per ottenere una colorazione tendente al moro, simile a
quella del cuoio invecchiato.
Spazzolare subito dopo per meglio
distendere e far assorbire il prodotto,
possibilmente con lucidatrice a spazzola.
3. Dopo 48 ore stendere una seconda
mano di cera a finire, con funzione
protettiva e antipolvere. Spazzolare
con lucidatrice a spazzola.
N.B. Durante la stesura della BASE o
della CERA, in caso di sospensione
del lavoro, si raccomanda di terminare
lungo le fughe (non lasciare cioè mezze piastrelle non trattate).
MANUTENZIONE
Il pavimento così ottenuto non ha bisogno di altro; periodicamente, a seconda dell’usura, si può usare la cera di
mantenimento in commercio.
Per la normale pulizia lavare semplicemente con acqua.
Ogni 3-4 settimane si può ripassare
la lucidatrice a spazzola sul pavimento
pulito; ritornerà come nuovo e rinnoverà la vostra soddisfazione.
Informazioni tecniche
Consigli per la posa di pavimenti interni
ed esterni
Occorre premettere che il pavimento, essendo la parte in vista, rivela tutti
i difetti che possono essere causati anche dagli strati sottostanti. È bene
quindi che le eventuali anomalie presentate dalle nostre piastrelle vengano
scoperte e segnalate prima della posa. Questo per due motivi:
1. la legislazione vigente prevede che eventuali contestazioni sul materiale
avvengano prima della posa;
2. gli interventi riparatori che prevedano la sostituzione di materiale in opera sono estremamente costosi e difficilmente accettati dal cliente finale.
Non saranno quindi presi in considerazione reclami su materiale già posato.
L’argilla di Galestro Imprunetino che Il Palagio usa per produrre le proprie
piastrelle è completamente naturale e quindi il prodotto può presentare
delle variazioni nel tono del colore, anche nel prodotto “Trattato Maiolica”
E “Trattato a Galestro”. Consigliamo quindi una posa miscelata, prelevando
pacchi da diversi pallets e le piastrelle da vari pacchi.
È inoltre peculiare del prodotto una certa scalibratura per cui la posa
dovrà essere eseguita lasciando una certa fuga fra le piastrelle; la fuga può

avere una larghezza variabile, a seconda del gusto dell’utilizzatore.
È anche opportuno che le piastrelle vengano tutte montate nello stesso
senso, prendendo come riferimento i lati di trafila.
Particolari accorgimenti devono essere presi per i pavimenti esterni in
quanto le condizioni ambientali alle quali vengono sottoposti possono essere
estremamente gravose e comunque in grado di provocare danni a qualsiasi
tipo di piastrella.
Le sollecitazioni principali che devono essere neutralizzate sono dovute
alle infiltrazioni di acqua, ed alle dilatazioni e contrazioni causate dalle
escursioni termiche.
Per ridurre la possibilità di formazioni di ghiaccio sottostante, occorre
evitare che l’umidità, che può filtrare dai giunti e dalle fughe del pavimento,
ristagni sotto il pavimento stesso. Occorre quindi progettarlo in modo tale
da fargli avere una opportuna pendenza, ed un’impermeabilizzazione. A
titolo di esempio, mostriamo il disegno seguente:

Per ridurre le possibilità di danneggiamento causato da dilatazioni e contrazioni del materiale occorre dotare i pavimenti di giunti elastici di dilatazione che devono interessare in profondità non solo la piastrella ma anche il massetto
che la sostiene.
A seconda delle escursioni termiche previste i riquadri dei giunti possono avere dimensioni comprese fra due e tre
metri di lato. Comunque i giunti devono interessare tutto il perimetro del pavimento.

1. Den Vertretern der Firma Vivaterra
SpA übergebene Aufträge gelten als
verbindlich, sofern sie von der selben
genehmigt sind.
2. Bestellungen, welche vom Vertreter
erteilen werden, verstehen sich als vom
Kunden erteilt.
3. Lieferfristen: die angegebenen Lieferzeiten sind approximativ und mögliche Verspätung, auch von Höher Gewalt erstammt, sind keinen Grund um
Schadensersatzansprüche. Verspätete
Lieferung ist keinen Grund um die Bestellung zu stornieren.
4. Die Ware kann bei Abgang der Lieferbestätigung in Rechnung gestellt.
5. Die angegebenen Preise verstehen
sich Ab Werk (unverzollt).
6. Der Warenversand erfolgt auf Risiko
des Auftragsgebers, auch bei Lieferungen frei Bestimmungsort. Nach Übergabe der Ware an Frachtunternehmen
übernimmt der Lieferfirma keinerlei
Haftung mehr. Somit ist die Firma Vivaterra SpA für Bruchschäden, fehlende
Teile oder Lieferverzögerungen nicht
verantwortlich zu machen, nachdem
die Ware das Werk verlassen hat.
7. Erfolgt der Transport oder die Abholung der Ware nicht unverzüglich,
übernimmt der Auftraggeber das Risiko
und Kosten für die Lagerung.
8. Das Material wird aus feuchten
Masse hergestellt, die Mass.-und
Farbangaben der Musterplatten nicht
verbindlich sind und sollen als Hinweise
über die Produkteigenschaften dienen.
9. Es wird keine Reklamation für bestellte und gelieferte Ware in 2.Sortierung oder für schon verlegtes Material
akzeptiert.
10. Es wird keine Reklamation für
Material akzeptiert, welches im Außenbereich behandelt wurde oder für die
natural Nuancierung der Fliesen.
11. Reklamationen und Mängelrügen
sind innerhalb von acht Tagen nach
Eingang der Wendung zu ergeben.
Später eingehende Beschwerden können nicht berücksichtig werden.
12. Der Auftragsgeber ist nicht berechtigt eingegangener Warensendung

ohne ausdrückliche Genehmigung der
Lieferfirma zurückzusenden.
13. Bei berechtigen Reklamationen
beschränkt sich die Haftung der Firma
Vivaterra SpA lediglich auf die Rücknahme der Ware bzw. Ersatzlieferung
des Warenanteils, die den Vertragsbedingungen nicht entspricht. Vom
Auftragsgeber erhobene Schadensersatzansprüche, auch wenn sie durch
Drittperson erfolgen, werden nicht
anerkannt. Bereits verlegte Ware muss
nicht ersetz werden.
14. Der Ausgleiche der, von der Fa. Vivaterra SpA ausgestellten Rechnungen
für verkaufte, ausgelieferte, versandte
oder berechnete Ware, hat innerhalb
der vereinbarten Zahlungsfrist, einzig,
bei die obengenannte Lieferfirma zu
erfolgen.
15. 10 Tage nach Ablauf der Zahlungsfrist ist die Firma Vivaterra SpA
berechtigt, über die Höhe des Rechnungsbetrages sowie der Stempel.-und
Inkassogebühren ein Sichtwechsel
auszustellen.
16. Der Auftragsgeber ist nicht berechtigt das vereinbarte Zahlungsziel
aufzuschieben oder abzuändern; dies
gilt auch im Fall laufender Beschwerden oder eventueller besonderer Garantieansprüchen, die der Kunde gegen
die Lieferfirma erhebt.
17. Bei Zahlungseinstellung bzw.-aufschub entfällt für den Auftragsgeber jedes Beschwerderecht in Bezug auf die
gelieferte Ware. Mängelrügen jeglicher
Art, auch wenn gerichtlich vorgebracht
werden, bleiben wirkungslos, wenn der
Auftragsgeber nicht nachweisen kann,
dass er Zahlungsverpflichtungen nachgekommen ist, einschließlich der Verbindlichkeiten, die sich gegebenenfalls
aus anderen, mit der Firma Vivaterra
SpA eingegangenen Verpflichtungen,
für laufende, oder bereits erfolgte Sendungen ergeben.
18. Gerät der Kunden mit seinen Zahlungen in Rückstand, so behält sich die
Firma Vivaterra SpA das Recht vor, den
Auftragsgeber mit Verzugszinsen in
Höhe des Zinssatzes für „erste Raten“
zuzüglich drei Punkten zu belasten. Bei
Zahlungsunfähigkeit, innerhalb der vereinbarten Zahlungsfrist, ist die Firma
Vivaterra SpA berechtigt, die Auftragsabwicklung von laufenden Bestellun-
gen bis auf weiteres, einzustellen.
19. Die Ware wird nur in ganzen Kartons oder Bündel verkauft. Für jede unvollen Palette wird einen Zuschlag von
€ 10,30 berechnet.
20. Fracht und alle übrige Kosten werden auf die erste Frist belasten.
21. Für alle gegenseitigen Ansprüche, die sich aus Verkäufen der Firma
Vivaterra SpA ergeben, einschließlich Fragen der Rechnungsausgleich
durch Wechsel, akzeptierte Wechsel,
autorisierte Wechsel, Eigenwechsel
oder Wechselabtretungen von Dritter,
ist der alleiniger Gerichtsstand Florenz
zuständig.

ANWEISUNGEN
Für seine physischen Eigenschaften
lässt sich die Behandlung des Cotto Il Palagio sehr einfach un schnell
durchführen. Um ein fabelhaftes Ergebnis zu gewinnen und somit lange
Zeit daran Freude zu haben, sind ganz
einfache Anweisungen zu beachten.
BEHANDLUNG
Die Behandlung soll beim trockenen
Belag vorgenommen werden.
Zwecks Ausdünstung der Feuchtigkeit empfehlen wir die Räume auch
im Winter durchzulüften.
Die Behandlung wird wie folgt empfohlen:
REINIGUNG
Die Reinigung soll nur auf einem trockenen Boden durchgeführt werden
(nach der Mörtelverlegung braucht
man indicativ ca. 30 Tage und nach
der Klebeverlegung 10 Tage. Das
kommt aber auch auf der Wetterlage
und der Jahreszeiten ab.).
1. Die flüssige Beize oder ähnliches
Produkt mit einem Flächenpinsel auftragen.
1. Den Belag zuerst gut wässern und
danach mit Absäuerungsmittel absäuern.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Verschmutzungserscheinungen entfernt
worden sind.
2. Anschliessend gut nachspülen
bevor den Belag nach dem Absäuern
trocken wird.
2. Nach Abtrocknung der Beize
gleichmässig mit Wachs behandeln.
Die Behandlung kann mit neutral
Wachs um einen warmen Farbton,
welcher die originale Farbe des Produktes entspricht, oder mit AntikWachs, um einen bräuneren Ton zu
gewinnen, welcher dem Antik-Leder
ähnlich ist, vorgenommen werden.
Den Boden sofort mit einer Bohnermaschine oder einer speziellen Bürste bohnern, damit das Produkt sofort
einwirken kann.
PFLEGE
Nach dieser Behandlung braucht der
Boden nichts weiteres.
Jede 6/10 Monate, je nach Abnutzung, kann ein Wischpflegemittel benutzt werden.
Für eine normale Pflege, den Boden
nur mit Wasser reinigen.
Alle 4 Wochen kann der Boden nach
der Reinigung gebohnert werden.
TECHNISCHE ANLEITUNGEN
VERLEGUNGSEMPFEHLUNGEN FUER INNEN UND AUSSEN
FUSSBOEDEN
Es ist notwendig vorauszusetzen, daß der Fußboden, der Teil in Sehkraft seiend, es enthüllt alle Fehler, die von auch den darunter liegenden Schichten
verursacht werden können. Es ist also empfehlenswert, daß von unseren
Fliesen eventuellen Abweichungen vor der Verlegung ankündigt seien.
Dieses für zwei Gründe:
1. die bestehende Gesetzgebung sieht voraus, daß eventuelle Reklamationen auf das Material vor der Verlegung präsentiert sein;
2. die Ausbesserungen, daß es ein Ersatz von verlegtem Material voraussehen, sind sie vom Endkunde äußerst teuer und schwer angenommen.
Infolgedessen werden keine Reklamationen auf schon verlegtes Material
akzeptiert.
Die von Il Palagio verbrauchte Galestro Tonerde aus Impruneta ist vollständig natürlich, und kann so unterschiedliche Farbtöne aufweisen, auch in den
Produkte der Serie “Trattato a Majolika” und “Trattato a Galestro.”
Wir empfehlen demnach eine vermischte Verlegung, indem Pakete aus
unterschiedlichen Paletten und die Fliesen aus unterschiedlichen Paketen
entnommen werden.
Eigenheit des Produktes ist außerdem eine gewisse Unregelmässigkeit in
der Grösse die bei der Verlegung Fugen zwischen den Fliesen erforderlich
macht; die Wahl der Breite der Fuge ist dem Verleger überlassen. Die Fliesen
müssen alle in der gleichen Richtung verlegt werden, dass die Rillen auf der
Unterseite der Platte in die gleiche Richtung laufen.
Besondere Maßnahmen müssen für die Aussenbelägen ergriffen werden,
da die Wettereinflüsse besonders schwerwiegend auf das Material einwirken
können und im Allgemeinen jegliche Art Fliesen beschädigen können.
Die Hauptbelastungen, die neutralisiert werden müssen, sind wegen Wasserinfiltration, und zu den Ausdehnungen und den Zusammenziehungen, die von
Temperaturvariationen verursacht werden.
Um einer Eisbildung in den unteren Schichten entgegenzuwirken muss
vermeiden werden, dass sich die Feuchtigkeit, die durch die Fugen und
Dehnungsfugen durchsickern kann, unter dem Boden stauen kann. Demnach
muss ein Gefälle und eine Abdichtungsschickt mit eingeplant werden. Als
Beispiel dienst die folgende Zeichnung

Um zu vermeiden, dass Ausdehnung und Schrumpfung des Materials Schäden hervorrufen, müssen die Belägen mit
elastischen Ausdehnungsfugen versehen werden, die nicht nur die Tiefe del Fliesen, sondern auch die des Unterbetonblocks entsprechen.
Je nach erwarteten Temperaturschwankungen koennen die Dehnungsfugenrahmen eine Seitenlaenge von zwei
bis drei Metern haben. Ein Beispiel fuer die Anordnung der Dehnungsfugen ist der folgenden Abbildung gegeben:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Due to its physical characteristics, Il
Palagio Terracotta requires particularly quick, easy treatment; if one takes
special care, one is certain to obtain
exceptional, long-lasting results.
WASHING
Wash only once the floor is completely dry (roughly 20-30 days after laying
with mortar
and 5-10 days after applying with
glue, depending on the weather conditions and season).
1. Wet with water and then wash and
rub the floor with Buffered Acid for
several minutes applying 1 litre to 5
m2. Take care to remove any trace of
lime, cement or glue from the tiles.
2. Rinse well until the water remains
clear before the floor dries after being
cleaned with acid.
TREATMENT
The treatment should be started once
the floor is dry (it is advisable to let
air circulate in the room also in winter
to facilitate evaporation of humidity).
Proceed as follows:
1. With a sponge or flat brush spread
the basic product (1 litre = 20 m2)
which serves to impregnate and level.
2. After 24 hours, apply a coat creamy
wax (neutral or antiquated) uniformly
(1 litre = 8-10 m2).
The treatment can be done with
neutral wax to obtain a warm colour
similar to the original colour of the
product or with antiquated wax to obtain a brownish shade reminiscent of
old-fashioned leather.
Brush immediately afterwards to
spread the product and make it absorb, possibly with a brush polisher.
3. After 48 hours, apply a second
protective, anti-dust wax coat. Brush
with polisher.
N. B. When applying the Base or Wax,
it is advisable to suspend the treatment along the joins (that is, do not
leave parts of tiles untreated).
MAINTENANCE
The floor then requires no further
treatment; periodically, depending on
wear, one can use maintenance wax
on the market.
For routine cleaning, simply wash
with water.
Every 3-4 weeks, one can pass a
brush polisher over the floor once it
has been cleaned, giving it new life
and enhancing its beauty.
TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS
Suggestions for interior and exterior laying
of floors
We must say that the floor, since the part in sight, reveals all the defects
that may also be caused by layers below. It is, therefore that any anomalies
submitted by our tiles are discovered and reported before laying it.
For two reasons:
1. The current legislation provides that any disputes on the material take
place before laying;
2. The remedial measures providing for the replacement of material are
extremely expensive and difficult accepted by the final customer
For these reasons there will not be taken into account complaints on material already installed.
The Galestro clay of Impruneta area’s that Il Palagio’s uses to produce
their tiles is completely natural and so the product may presents color shades, even in the products “Trattato a Majolica” and “Trattato a Galestro”.
Therefore we recommend a pose mixed by picking packs of several
pallets and tiles from different packs.
It is also a characteristic of this product a possible variation in the sizes
for which the installation must be carried out with a joint between the tiles;
The joints may have a width varies, depending on the taste of the user.
The tiles must be layed all in the same direction that the grooves run on
the underside of the plate into the same direction
Special means must be taken to the outdoor floors as the environmental
conditions under which they are subjected may be extremely hard and can
cause damage to any type of tile
The main stresses that must be neutralised are due to infiltration of
water, and to the expansions and contractions caused by temperature
variations.
In order to counteract an icing in the low layers, it will avoid that the
moisture, that can seep through the joints and lengthening-joints, can
accumulate under the ground.
Therefore, it must be planned an inclination and a waterproofing as well.

In order to avoid that expansion and shrinkage of the material caused damages, the material must be layed with
elastic expansion-joints, involving in depth not only the tiles but also the under-concrete-block.
According to expected temperature-fluctuations, the expansion joints boxes can have a side-length of two to
three meters. However the joints must interest around the perimeter of the floor. An example for the order of the
expansion-joints is given in the following illustration

CONDITION DE VENTE

2. Les commandes transmises par
l’Agent s’entendent comme transmis
par le client.
3. Livraison: les délais sont donnés à
titre indicatif et les éventuels retards,
même s’ils ne sont pas dus à de force
majeure, ne peuvent donner lieu a
une action en dédommagement, ni
entraîner l’annulation de la commande.
4. Facturation: la marchandise est
facturée à la date du jour de son
expédition.
5. Les prix se rapporter au matérielle
livre départ notre usine, VAT exclue.
6. Transport: la marchandise voyage
aux risques et périls du commettant,
même si elle est vendue franco, et
la responsabilité de Vivaterra SpA,
quelle quel soit, cesse au moment de
la livraison au transporteur.
7. Dans le cas ou l’expédition, ou
l’enlèvement de la marchandise ne
peuvent se faire rapidement, celle-ci
reste en dépôt aux risques du commettant
8. S’agissant des matérielles tréfile humide, le mesure, le calibre, le
nuance et le poids sont indicatifs.
9. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée par Vivaterra SpA sur des matériaux livre “brut” puis poli après pose
sur chantier
10. Aucune réclamation ne sera
acceptée par Vivaterra SpA pour sols
traite à l’extérieur ou pour la différente nuance, puisque le même sont
la caractéristique du produit
11. Aucune réclamation et contestation auront pris en considération
passe un délai de 8 jours après réception de la marchandise et, dans
tous les cas, sur des matériaux déjà
pose
12. Commettant n’est pas autorise à
renvoyer la marchandise reçu sans
l’accord préalable de Vivaterra SpA

13. Au cas ou les réclamations sont
fondées, Vivaterra SpA se limitera à
accepter la restitution de la marchandise et a pouvoir au remplacement
de la quantité litigieuse, sans que le
commettant ait le droit de demander
un dédommagement pour une tierce
personne.
14. Paiements: le règlement des factures se fera exclusivement auprès la
direction de Vivaterra SpA.
15. Apres 10 jours depuis échéance
de paiement Vivaterra SpA a la faculté d’e tirer une traite a vu pour le
montant de la facture et les frais de
timbre et encaissement.
16. Le commettant ne peut suspendre
ou modifier l’échéance de règlement
établie, même en cas de litiges en
cours pour quelque motif que ce soit
17. Le commettant qui suspend ou
retarde les paiements perd le droit de
toute réclamation pour la livraison en
objet. Toute action du commettant,
même devant les tribunaux, ne sera
pas acceptée si celui-ci n’a pas fourni
la preuve d’être a jour de tous règlements, voire même pour d’autres
factures.
18. Vivaterra SpA se réserve le droit
de facturer au commettant des intérêts au taux bancaire, majeurs de 2%,
le non-paiement donne droit à Vivaterra SpA de suspendre toute livraison
vis-à-vis du client.
19. La marchandise emballes en
boites ou en paquets de cellophane seront impérativement livrée
dans la quantité indiquée dans
cette liste de prix. Pour chaque
palette commandée non complète,
surfacturation d’un montant du
€ 10,33
20. Le frais de transporte seront factures sur la première échéance.
21. Tribunal compétent : pour tous
litiges relatifs à des ventes effectues
par Vivaterra SpA, quel que soit le
mode de paiement, seul le tribunal de
Florence en Italie est compétent.

MODE D’EMPLOI
De par ses caractéristiques physiques, le Cotto Il Palagio exige un
traitement particulièrement facile et
rapide; quelques interventions permettent d’obtenir un résultat exceptionnel et durable qui vous donnera
certainement pleinement satisfaction.
LAVAGE
On ne peut procéder au lavage que
lorsque le pavement est parfaitement
sec (il faut en général, à titre d’indication, 20-30 jours après la pose avec
mortier et 5-10 jours pour la pose
avec colle, suivant les conditions météorologiques et suivant les saisons).
1. Mouiller avec de l’eau et laver le
pavement en frottant avec de l’Acide
Tamponé pendant quelques minutes.
Pour 1 litre = 5 m2.
Prendre bien soin d’enlever toute
trace de chaux, de ciment ou de colle
des carreaux.
2. Bien rincer jusqu’à ce que l’eau
obtenue soit claire. Cette opération
doit être effectuée avant que le pavement soit sec et après le nettoyage
avec l’acide.
TRAITEMENT
Le traitement doit être commencé
lorsque le pavement est sec (il est
conseillé de bien aérer le local même
en hiver afin de faciliter l’évaporation
de l’humidité). Il s’agit de:
1. Etaler à l’aide d’une éponge ou
d’un pinceau large le produit de base
(1 litre = 20 m2). qui doit servir à
imprégner et à niveler.
2. Au bout de 24 heures, passer une
couche de cire en pâte crémeuse
(neutre ou patinée) de manière uniforme (1 litre - 8 m2).
Le traitement peut être effectué à
l’aide d’une cire neutre pour obtenir
une couleur chaude et proche de la
couleur d’origine du produit, avec une
cire patinée pour obtenir une couleur
proche du brun et ressemblant à celle
du cuir tanné.
Brosser aussitôt après afin de mieux
étaler le produit pour le faire pénétrer, si possible à l’aide d’une cireuse
à brosse.
3. Au bout de 48 heures, passer une
deuxième couche de cire en guise
de protection et contre la poussière.
Brosser avec une cireuse à brosse.
N. B. Lorsque l’on passe la Base ou
la Cire et que l’on désire s’arrêter un
moment, il est recommandé de terminer au bout d’une rangée (ne pas
laisser de carreaux à moitié traités).
ENTRETIEN
Le pavage ainsi obtenu n’a plus besoin de rien; périodiquement et selon
l’usure, on peut utiliser la cire d’entretien en vente dans le commerce.
Pour l’entretien normal, laver simplement avec de l’eau.
Toutes les 3-4 semaines, on peut
repasser la cireuse à brosse sur
le pavage propre qui redeviendra
comme neuf pour votre plus grande
satisfaction.
Les renseignements techniques
Conseils pour la pose de pavement intérieurs
et extérieur
Nous devons dire que le pavement, depuis la partie en vue, révèle tous les
défauts que peut aussi être causé par couches dessous. Il est donc que les
anomalies soumis par nos carreau sont découverts et rapportés avant de la
pose en ouvre. Pour deux raisons :
1. La législation actuelle prévoit que les litiges sur le matériel prendre place
devant la pose en ouvre ;
2. Les mesures de redressement prévoyant le remplacement du matériel
sont extrêmement coûteux et difficile accepté par le client final.
Pour ces raisons il ne sera pas prise en compte revendication sur le matériel déjà installé.
Le argile de la zone que Il Palagio utilise pour produire leurs carreau est
parfaitement naturelle et si le produit peut présente nuances de couleurs,
même dans les produits “Trattato a Majolique” et “Trattato a Galestro”.
C’est pourquoi nous recommandons une pose mélangée retenue par
plusieurs boîtes de palettes et carrelage par plusieurs paquets. Il est
également une caractéristique de ce produit une variation possible dans les
côté pour laquelle l’installation doit être effectuée laissant un certain joint
entre les carrelage;
Le joint peuvent avoir une largeur varie, selon le goût de l’utilisateur. Les
carreaux doit être mis tous dans le même sens que les cannelures exécuter
sur le revers de la plaque dans le même sens.
Des moyens doivent être prises pour le plein air étages de l’environnement conditions dans lesquelles ils sont soumis peut être extrêmement
difficile et peut causer des dommages à tout type de carrelages.
Le principal souligne que doit être neutralisée sont dues à l’infiltration
d’eau, et à l’expansion et contractions causés par écarts de température.
Pour réduire la possibilité de la glace dessous, il va éviter que l’humidité,
qui peuvent s’infiltrer par les joints de dilatation et les joints de la plancher,
peuvent accumuler sous le plancher même.

LA STRUCTURE
Afin d’éviter que l’expansion et rétrécissement de dommages causés au matériel, le matériel doit être avec élastique
expansion joints, impliquant en profondeur non seulement les carreau mais aussi le sous-béton-bloc
Selon attend température-fluctuations, les joints d’expansion boîtes peut avoir une durée de deux à trois mètres.
