Progettazione e realizzazione di
un polo logistico, della superficie
di 103 ettari, in Rutigliano (Ba).
Riferimento per la produzione e
movimentazione di merci, Terminal Puglia è costituito da edifici a
destinazione commerciale da adibire a deposito e un’area dotata
di albergo, ristorante, self-service,
uffici, banca, officine e attività
commerciali. Ogni magazzino ha
caratteristiche dimensionali e impiantistiche personalizzabili. Il Polo
è servito da un’efficiente viabilità
pubblica di accesso con ingresso
sorvegliato, recinzione perimetrale, viabilità interna, parcheggi, rete
idrica e fognante, energia elettrica,
cablaggio con fibre ottiche, illuminazione pubblica, impianto antincendio e aree verdi.
Design and implementation of
a logistics hub, covering a total
surface area of 103 hectares, in
Rutigliano (BA). A reference point
for the production and handling
of goods, Terminal Puglia consists
of buildings to commercial destination to be used as storage and
an area with hotel, restaurant, cafeteria, offices, banks, shops and
business activities. Both the size
and equipment of warehouses are
customizable to meet the specific
requirements of each contract.
The hub is served by an efficient
public road access with secured
access, perimeter fencing, internal
roads, parking lots, water supply
and sewerage, electricity, fiberoptic cabling system, public lighting, sprinklers and green areas.

L’ospedale Miulli, uno dei più
importanti del Sud Italia, ha voluto dotarsi di una nuova sede
funzionalmente e tecnologicamente avanzata, sulla base delle
indicazioni proposte dallo studio di “Ospedale del Futuro” del
Ministero della Sanità. Un’opera
dai grandi numeri: superficie
complessiva di 93.500 m2 con
struttura antisismica, 35.000
m2 di superficie destinata a parcheggi, 670 posti letto e 21 sale
operatorie. L’ospedale è dotato
di elisuperficie e impiantistica
“intelligente”. L’intera struttura è
stata realizzata in 40 mesi, coinvolgendo 220 imprese, 170 tecnici tra ingegneri, architetti, geometri, medici e fisici e 600 operai
specializzati.
Miulli Hospital, one of the leading
health care centres in Southern
Italy, has recently been given a
new functional and technologically advanced site in compliance with the guidelines issued by
the Italian Ministry of Health in
its study titled “The Hospital of
the Future”. A huge building with
huge numbers: a total surface
area of 93.500 m2 with anti-seismic structure, a 35.000 m2 area
for car-parks, 670 beds (inpatients and health-care professionals included) and 21 operating
theatres. The hospital is also provided with helipad and “smart”
technology equipment. The entire
complex was built in a 40-month
period and involved 220 companies, 170 technicians (engineers,
architects, surveyors, physicians,
physicists) and 600 workers.

Planning and construction of the
Auchan Hypermarket in Casamassima (Ba). With a covered
surface area of 56.000 m2. It has

“Otrè Wellness Club” in Noci (Ba).
La realizzazione è frutto di un innovativo studio architettonicoambientale e parte integrante di
un intervento su un’area di circa
37.000 m2 comprendente, anche,
un’avveniristica struttura ricettiva
con sala convegni. Una copertura
di 4.500 m2 avvolge una superficie di 8.000 m2, suddivisa in
tre aree destinate al benessere
del corpo e della mente: Aqua,
Corpus, Mens. L’area Aqua comprende tre piscine coperte: una
semi-olimpionica a otto corsie,
una acquagym e una ludico-riabilitativa. L’area Corpus si estende su una superficie di circa 700
m2. L’area Mens, ubicata al piano
interrato, si sviluppa su un’area di
circa 400 m2.

architectural-environmental study and includes ultramodern accommodation facilities and a conference hall. A leaf-shaped roof of

Nel cuore della città di Bari, nelle
vicinanze dal noto teatro Petruzzelli, sorge un esclusivo edificio
di proprietà della società. Significativa testimonianza dell’architettura civile dei primi decenni
del ’900, l’edificio è stato dichiarato di “particolare interesse” dal
Ministero per i Beni e le Attività
Culturali. L’hotel si estende su una
superficie di circa 4.000 m2 ed è
dotato di 67 camere.
This exclusive company-owned
hotel, lies in the heart of Bari, a
few meters away from the famous
theatre, “Teatro Petruzzelli”. This
building is a clear example of civil
architecture dating back to the
early 1900s and has been classed
of “particular interest” by the Italian Ministry for Cultural Heritage
and Activities. This 67-room hotel
covers a surface area of about
4000 m2.

L’intervento di restauro ha interessato le facciate, caratterizzate
da ricchi e differenti repertori
decorativi quali pilastri, colonne,
timpani, archi e paraste, e la distribuzione interna per una migliore fruibilità degli spazi.
The project involves intervention
on architectural decorative elements (pillars, columns, gables,
arches and parastades) as well as
intervention on indoor space distribution meant to obtain a more
functional space division.

Recupero dell’edificio originario
risalente agli anni ‘70, sito a Bari
in zona centrale e prestigiosa. Il
risanamento strutturale è stato
operato con tecnologie d’avanguardia per l’irrigidimento di travi
e pilastri. La facciata è stata realizzata in alluminio, con illuminazione esterna in fibre ottiche.
Il sesto piano ospita l’area di
rappresentanza con sala riunioni,
attrezzata con strumentazione
tecnologicamente avanzata. Nel
piano interrato parcheggio completamente automatizzato.
Varie sedi e sportelli
Allestimento “chiavi in mano” di
numerose altre sedi e agenzie del
Gruppo BPB dislocate sul territorio nazionale.

Renewal of the original building
dating back to the 1970s and situated in one of the most central
and exclusive areas of Bari.
Renovation works implied hightech structural renewal for beams
and columns stiffening.
The building features an aluminium façade and outdoor fiberoptic lighting which create spectacular effects and allow great
energy savings. Liaison offices of
the bank are located at the sixth
floor, and include a meeting room
with hi-tech equipment that has
been designed in collaboration
with IBM and is available for videoconferencing, presentations
and slide projections.
