CITYCLOCK-GPS a clock destined to live the urban environment Il progetto CITYCLOCK-GPS è nato quando gli ingegneri ECAT hanno dato fondo alla loro esperienza, indicando tutte le qualità necessarie per un orologio destinato a vivere l’ambiente urbano e le sue peculiarità. Il principio che ha guidato la creazione di questo orologio pilota è stato: “che cosa succederebbe se realizzassimo un orologio preciso, economico e al contempo privo di manutenzione?” I progettisti hanno cominciato a seguire le ipotesi nate dalla loro ispirazione e ha preso forma un orologio dotato di caratteristiche veramente peculiari. “La sfida insita nel creare un orologio pilota in grado di perseguire economicità e precisione è stata vinta attraverso l’intelligenza e non tramite la meccanica: il risultato è un orologio dotato di un sistema di AUTOCORREZIONE della posizione delle lancette e sincronizzatore GPS, in grado di gestirsi in totale indipendenza fruendo, veramente a fondo, della sua ampia autonomia di funzionamento a batterie”. The project CITYCLOCK-GPS was born thanks to the experience acquired by the ECAT team of engineers who conceived a clock destined to live the urban environment. The guiding principle of the creation of this pilot clock arose from a simple question : what would happen if we create a clock, low-cost, precise and maintenance-free. Designers followed the hypothesis born from their inspiration and they gave shape to a peculiar clock. The challenge inherent in creating a pilot clock able to satisfy economic efficiency and precision has been won through intelligence and not only mechanical. The result is a clock equipped with a system for self-correction position of hands, and a GPS synchronizer. A clock able to manage itself in total independence, thanks to his wide range of battery operation. Le projet CITYCLOCK-GPS est né grâce à l’expérience acquise par notre équipe d’ingénieurs qui a conçu une horloge destinée à l’environnement urbain. Le principe qui a conduit à la création de cette horloge pilote est né d’une question simple : que se passerait-il si nous créons une horloge économique, précise et sans entretien? Les concepteurs ont suivi l’hypothèse née de leur inspiration et ils ont donné forme à une horloge particulière. Le défi de créer une horloge pilote en mesure de satisfaire l’efficacité économique et la précision a été remporté par l’intelligence et pas seulement la mécanique. Le résultat est une horloge équipée d’un fonction d’auto-correction de la position des aiguilles, et un synchroniseur GPS. Une horloge capable de se gérer en toute indépendance, grâce à sa large gamme de fonctionnement de la batterie. Das Projekt CITYCLOCK-GPS wurde dank der Erfahrung von der ECAT Team von Ingenieuren, die eine Uhr bestimmt, die städtische Umwelt zu leben konzipiert erworbenen geboren. Das Leitprinzip der Schaffung dieses Pilotuhr entstand aus einer einfachen Frage: Was würde passieren, wenn wir eine Uhr, Low-Cost, präzise und wartungsfrei erstellen. Designer folgte der Hypothese aus ihrer Inspiration geboren und sie gaben Form einer eigenartigen Uhr. Die Herausforderung, die der Schaffung eines Pilotuhr können die wirtschaftliche Effizienz und Präzision zu erfüllen hat durch Intelligenz gewonnen und nicht nur mechanisch. Das Ergebnis ist eine Uhr mit einem System zur Selbstkorrektur Position der Hände, und einem GPS-Synchronisierer ausgestattet. Eine Uhr kann sich in völliger Unabhängigkeit zu verwalten, dank seiner breiten Palette von Akku-Betrieb.
