Settlement agreement between Parmalat and Merrill Lynch
Parmalat S.p.A. today announced it has settled amicably all outstanding claims between it
and Merrill Lynch arising from Parmalat’s insolvency.
Merrill Lynch has committed to pay to Parmalat S.p.A. the amount of € 29,093,000 in full
and final settlement, without affecting the reciprocal points of view.
Parmalat S.p.A. is pleased to have reached this settlement which establishes the
conditions for a fruitful future relationship.
