The number of fellowships available could be increased following private or public finance, provided that
the decision is taken within the date of the first exam of the entrance examination of the Doctorate.
An increase in the number of fellowships could increase the number of places available globally for the
competition. Otherwise, lack of agreements between the entities, both private and public, in presenting
their fellowship awards in time, could result in a reduction in the number of competition places.
