Rental fees are non-refundable and are due at booking
The rental fee for The Greenhouse is based on Eight (8) hours use of the
facility or until 1am, whichever comes first.
This includes:
Two (2) hours for setup
Five (5) hours for actual event
One (1) hour for breakdown
Additional hours can be secured at the rate of two hundred dollars ($200.00)
per hour (7 days prior notice to ensure availability is required). Please notify
the facility manager if you plan on adding extra time. Please note; receptions
cannot be later than 1am.

Please read the following carefully to gain a clear understanding what to
expect when planning a successful event
- Rental fee for The Greenhouse secures your desired date. Final
payment for food and services will be due at the end of the function.
Payments may be made by cash or credit card only. We accept all
major credit cards.
- Rental fees include exclusive use of the facility, use of tables, chairs,
linen, plastic tableware and indoor SONOS music system during the
day or evening.
- La Cucina catering offers buffet options from the “Banquet &
Catering Menu.” Items are priced per person. Additional costs include
6.25% meal tax and 20% house charge.
- The term “house charge” used means the charge which you will pay
for the catering equipment and operating expenses of the facility. The
“house charge” is not a tip or service charge for our waitstaff
employees or any other persons providing services in connection with
your event.
- The Greenhouse asks that no confetti or birdseed to be used on tables
or to be thrown. A $75 cleaning fee will be added to your final bill if
these materials are used. We also ask that nothing be affixed to walls,
doors, light fixtures, ceilings or furniture within the space without
prior approval.
- The Greenhouse will not be held responsible for any items left in the
facility after the rental period. All items should be removed
immediately following the event.
- If there is no power in The Greenhouse , immediate evacuation must
take place. Keeping all guests and staff on premise safe is paramount.
We do not have a generator for back up power.
- The Greenhouse is a non-smoking facility. Smoking will only be
permitted in exterior areas.
- To help us make your event truly memorable experience, we ask for
your cooperation in confirming all final details for your function
catered by La Cucina, 10 days prior to the event. The attendance
number you provide constitutes a guarantee which is not subject to
reduction. Final charges will be based on your guarantee or the actual
attendance, whichever is greater.
