10 GENERAL SURGEONS WITH LAPAROSCOPIC SKILLS, 10 GERIATRICIANS, 10
MEDICAL DOCTOR WITH INTERNAL MEDICINE, 5 NEPHROLOGISTS, 10
NEUROLOGISTS, 10 OPHTHALMOLOGISTS, 5 ORTHOPEDICS, 15 PSYCHIATRISTS, 15
RADIOLOGISTS, 10 RHEUMATOLOGISTS, 10 SURGEONS. The Swedish county councils and
regions are responsible for ensuring good health care. There are over 1,000 local medical centres,
doctors' surgeries and district nursing clinics throughout the country. Sweden has more than 70
hospitals at county level and 9 regional/university hospitals. The most advanced technical
equipment is only available at these hospitals and highly-specialised care has been concentrated
here. Various regions are looking for Consultants for their districts or hospitals. EURES-Sweden is
helping the employers to find the specialists. The CV´s will be collected by EURES-Sweden for to
be sent to regions who are looking for Consultant with the above mentioned specialization. Between
2-5 years of experience is preferred. Support will be given by Employers and EURES-Adviser in
