This boat belongs to the category of boats known as Colin Archer, named after the Norwegian designer known for its
hulls characterized by the shape of the stern like the prow.
In 1924 it has been recorded at the Royal Swedish Yacht Club of Stockholm.
In the past, with the name of Niagara, he was used as a training ship until he went to the rocks.
Recovered and renamed Ulla sailed in northern Europe and, through the French channels, he came to Marseilles.
Reached the edge of Liguria Le Grazie, it was abandoned until it sank.
In 1979 the new current owner, after he recovered, he undertook a major restoration during which he was replaced
much of the frames and planking. With a renewed masts and the new name of Aurora, the ketch in 1987 took part in the
meeting of the Vele d Epoca di Imperia.
