ased on many years of experience, Bianco is introducing a simple and effective system that allows preparing
knitted fabrics. Happy Scour® allows the continuous processing of
fabrics in-line for the successive
heat-treatment process.
Both chemical products for scouring and rinsing are mixed and
prepared to the required temperature in suitable mixer tanks.
The seizing oils are removed through a special green recipe that
simultaneously dissolves silicone
oils of elastomers, emulsifies the
seizing oils of other fibres, cleanses and eliminates any hardness
and ions as well as stabilizes the
fabric to a suitable pH level. The
residual oils are removed through
a special mechanical device for
oil-extraction.

The scouring and rinsing tanks are
entirely made of AISI 316 stainless
steel and are equipped with level control sensors. The tanks are
heated for a maximum impact of
the ecological chemical agents,
and the temperature is controlled
independently.
The delicate rinsing process by a
nozzle system allows the elastomeric fibres to recover its natural
elastic properties and to com-
pensate the knitting tensions present in greige fabrics.
A slight drainage provides the necessary water cleaning.
In the photo above: laboratory tests
prove that the treatment with Happy
Scour® greatly limits the degree of
yellowing on viscose fibres and improves the cleaning of all subsequent
processes. In striped fabrics there is no
contamination between the different
colours.
