Cenni di storia
History accounts
La ditta Pin-Craft ha antiche origini, ma
fu alla fine degli anni cinquanta che approdò al settore nautico quando il diporto era agli albori e c'era bisogno di
ditte che supportassero i cantieri navali
con accessori e prodotti idonei di alta
qualità.
Fu così che la Pin-Craft, cominciò a produrre passerelle, carabottini, scalette,
scale-reali, pagaie, remi, tavoli, poltrone
ed accessori, proponendoli al mercato
con grande successo.
Alla fine degli anni settanta l'azienda si
ristrutturò radicalmente, apportando
ai prodotti le migliori tecnologie meccaniche ed elettroniche. Oggi infatti, è
sul mercato con prodotti di alta qualità
e una linea moderna caratterizzata da
massima funzionalità ed affidabilità.
Pin Craft firm has ancient origins, but it
was only at last fifties that got at nautical field, realizing nautical science was
at down nad wanted firms which helped
shipyard with accessories and high quality products.
So it was that Pin-Craft began to produce several articles: gangways, bath
ladders, royal ladders, oars, chairs and
other accessories, offering them to the

At last seventies the sons Angelo and
Gino succeeded, changing the company

PASSERELLE GANGWAYS
Passerella idraulica telescopica rotante per grandi imbarcazioni, realizzata interamente in acciaio inox parte lucidato, parte verniciato, con camminamento in teak. È contenuta in una cassa stagna anch’essa realizzata
in acciaio inox. Questa nuova passerella si distingue per le notevoli dimensioni e per le prestazioni al vertice della gamma, che da oggi arriva a
coprire il settore delle grandi imbarcazioni.
Il movimento di rotazione, permette l’imbarco laterale dei passeggeri. Il
carrello e lo snodo rotante, sono stati progettati per garantire la massima stabilità e possono essere personalizzati per adattarsi alla poppa
dell’imbarcazione. Una centralina elettronica appositamente progettata
consente la completa automazione di tutte le funzioni e si interfaccia con
qualsiasi automatismo che interagisca con la passerella stessa. La passerella viene fornita completa di corrimano inox lucidi con predisposizione
per chiamata equipaggio e illuminazione del camminamento con fibre ottiche. La stessa può essere anche fornita di scalino idraulico per agevolare
l’accesso a bordo.

Hydraulic telescopic rotating gangway for big boats, entirely built in stainless steel part polished, part varnished with stair carpet in teak.
Contained in a watertight box, both in stainless steel.
This new gangway impose itself for dimensions and performances at the
top of the range allowing, today, to reach the mega-yachts sector.
The trolley, so as the rotating articulation, has been designed to guarantee
the maximum stability and can be customized for different stern solutions.
A special electronic unit allows the complete automation and diagnostic
of all the functions and interfaces with every automatism that interacts
with the gangway.
The gangway is equipped with polished handrails in stainless steel and
prepared for the crew call connection and stair carpet lightening with optical fibres.
It may be also equipped with hydraulic step to make easier the access
aboard.

Gemini Special
Nuovo modello di passerella espressamente progettato per grandi imbarcazioni. Nel rispetto della ormai consolidata tradizione, “Gemini Special” è
interamente realizzata in acciaio inox ed il carabottino è in teak.
La sua maggior peculiarità consiste nella presenza di un carrello in acciaio
che scorre su un sistema di ruote movimentato da una trasmissione a
cinghia azionata a sua volta da un motore oleodinamico. Questo sistema conferisce rigidezza e silenziosità e consente di azzerare le attività
di manutenzione della passerella. Inoltre di notevole interesse è il fatto
che il carrello preveda uno scalino a movimentazione idraulica che facilita
l’accesso in coperta.

As to respect the consolidated tradition of the firma, “Gemini Special”
is built with the best materials, as teak for the staircarpet and stainless
steel for the entire structure It’s most important peculiarity consists in a
stainless steel trolley sliding on a gears system driving by a belt actuated
by an oil-dynamic engine; this system confers absolute stiffness, and it
results extremely silent, and reduces at least the maintenance activities.
Besides, it is really notable, that the trolley section may be equiped with
an hydraulic step to ease the accessibility on board.
Special fittings: optical fibres for nightly lighting of the staircarpet ; inhibition mycroswitches that hinder the movement of the telescopic parts and
the automatic re-enter of the gangway when there are stanchions.

SCALE REALI SIDE-BOARDING LADDERS
Scala automatica a scomparsa orizzontale incassata nella murata nave;
estremamente compatta ed interamente realizzata in acciaio inox.
Gli obiettivi principali dello staff tecnico sono stati la riduzione di parti
mobili e un’attenta disposizione dei componenti in modo da facilitare le
operazioni di installazione e manutenzione. Il movimento di discesa realizzato mediante speciali tiranti in vectran, garantisce stabilità e un’agevole movimentazione della scala.
L’articolo prevede 2 configurazioni: BASIC e DE LUXE. La versione standard prevede: ballatoio superiore, pedana inferiore e gradini, tutto rigorosamente in teak ed un corrimano automatico che elimina l’intervento manuale. La configurazione de luxe prevede: scalino superiore servo assistito
per agevolare l’accesso a bordo; gradini autolivellanti, sistema automatico distanziatore per evitare gli urti laterali, scaletta da bagno ad inserimento manuale, doccia completa di miscelatore d’acqua e light diffusion.
È inoltre possibile personalizzare ulteriormente l’articolo.

Horizontal foldaway automatic ladder boxed in the bulwark; extremely
compact and entirely built in stainless steel.
The technical staff worked above all to get a reduction of parts furniture
and a careful disposition of the components in order to facilitate the operation of installation and maintenance. The lowering movement, through
special connecting rods in vectran, guarantees stability and an easy handling of the ladder itself. The article has 2 configurations: BASIC and DE
LUXE.
The standard version is equipped with a superior duckboard, lower platform and steps all rigorously in teak and an automatic handrail which
allows to avoid every manual operation.
The configuration de luxe is equipped with: a servo-assisted superior step
in order to facilitate the access on board; auto-levelling steps; automatic
spacer system avoid side bumps, a swim ladder with manual insertion,
light diffusion. Besides, it’s possible to customize further the product.

Il movimento di rotazione garantisce la completa ergonomia consentendo
l’imbarco sia a prua che a poppa. I candelieri automatici ed un’efficace

Sistema di movimentazione da alloggiare all’interno del portellone di poppa. Composto da 2 rotori oleodinamici (1 per lato) ancorati al portellone
stesso. L’albero di ogni rotore è vincolato all’imbarcazione, garantendo il
supporto del portellone.
L’afflusso dell’olio ed il passaggio dei segnali elettrici avviene direttamente dai fulcri di rotazione eliminando qualsiasi tubazione. I passaggi scafoportellone, sono stagni grazie ad un sistema a doppia tenuta con anello
lubrificante. Il portellone è mantenuto in sicurezza nelle posizioni di aperto/
chiuso a mezzo di blocchi idraulici. Il sistema viene progettato su specifica
del committente per forme e portate.
Una centralina elettronica dedicata, consente la completa automazione e si
interfaccia con qualsiasi meccanismo che interagisca col portellone stesso.

Handling system designed to be placed inside the stern door.
Composed by 2 hydraulic rotors (1 for side). The shaft of each rotor is connected to the boat, ensuring door support.
The oil inflow and the passage of electrical signals are carried out directly
from rotation pivot avoiding the use of any piping. The connection zone
from hull to door is made watertight by a double tightness system with lubricant ring. The door is kept safely in the open/closed position by hydraulic
blocks. The system is planned on customer’s requests both for dimensions
than for loads.
A special electronic station allows a full automation and interface with any
other device interacting with the system itself.

Gru robot a 5 assi controllati per grandi carichi (versione foto 1200 kg.).
Doppio snodo con braccio telescopico, movimento di alto-basso e sollevamento gancio. Completamente idraulica, interamente realizzata in acciaio
inox. Permette la movimentazione programmata di 1 o più tender secondo percorsi che vengono acquisiti e memorizzati in auto-apprendimento. Il
controllo elettronico di precisione su tutti i 5 assi permette di ottenere risultati sorprendenti consentendo ad un solo operatore, in modo “one touch”, di
movimentare il tender secondo il percorso programmato riducendo al minimo i tempi di alaggio e varo aumentando la sicurezza in movimentazione.
Il generoso dimensionamento delle strutture e degli organi di movimento
consente di operare in condizioni limite a pieno carico con angolo di sbandamento di 15°.
Una centralina elettronica particolarmente evoluta consente la completa
automazione e diagnostica di tutte le funzioni e si interfaccia con qualsiasi
automatismo che interagisca con la gru stessa.
Five-axis robot-crane with electronic position control for heavy loads (picture version 1200 Kg.). Double articulation with telescopic arm, up/down
movements and load lifting rope raising. Full hydraulic, entirely built in
stainless steel. The crane allows to program optimum paths for the handling of 1 or more tender through a self-learning system. The electronic
precision control of the 5 axis allows to get amazing results: only 1 operator is required to handle the tender in “one touch” way, according with the
pre-programmed path and reducing at least times for hauling and launch
increasing, at the same time, movements safety.
Thanks to a careful measuring of structures and moving parts the crane
operates under limit conditions of full load with a disbandment angle of
15°.

Si tratta di un sistema di sollevamento e traslazione del tender dall’interno
del garage all’acqua. La struttura primaria, a doppio trave, permette il sollevamento di tender di grosse dimensioni contenendo l’ingombro verticale
del garage, mentre il secondo elemento scorrevole, consente di portare la
posizione di presa tender dal garage al di sotto della struttura portante del
travel stesso. I movimenti di traslazione e sollevamento sono ad azionamento idraulico. L’assenza di motori elettrici lo rende particolarmente idoneo all’utilizzo in ambienti con possibili formazioni di vapori esplosivi. Viene
realizzato in acciaio e/o lega leggera in relazione ai carichi da movimentare
ed alle corse di lavoro.

Lifting and translation system for tender. The primary structure, composed
by a double beam, allows the lifting of tender with considerable dimensions, controlling at the same time the vertical encumbrance of the garage;
the second sliding element allows to carry the tender from garage till under
the bearing structure of travel itself.
Lifting and translation are hydraulically driven. The absence of electrical
engines makes this structure suitable to be placed in areas where it’s possible the presence of explosive vapours.
It may be built in stainless steel and/or in light alloy, referring to the loads
to be handled and to the working strokes.

Gru albero | Mast-head crane
Gruetta elettroidraulica realizzata in acciaio inox verniciato con movimenti
di rotazione, alzo del braccio primario doppio sfilo e sollevamento del gancio
di carico. Ha la particolarità di sollevare il braccio fino alla posizione verticale, ed in testa al secondo elemento telescopico reca le luci di fonda e
navigazione.
Il sistema può anche essere realizzato per la movimentazione di Rescue
Boats.

load raising hook. The peculiarity of this crane consists in the lifting of the
arm up to the vertical position and at the top of the secondary telescopic
element are placed the navigation-lights and the anchor-lights.

Questo innovativo progetto, consente di avere in un unico dispositivo, sia la
funzione di gru che quella di albero per le luci di prua.
L’adozione di un sistema a doppio braccio consente di realizzare gru di notevoli portate senza appesantire in termini estetici e funzionali l’albero preposto al solo sostegno dei fanali di prua. Al contempo, vengono ottimizzati gli
ingombri ed è realizzata un’unica interfaccia con l’imbarcazione.
La gru può essere utilizzata per la movimentazione del tender ottenendo
la massima libertà di movimento dopo aver portato il secondo braccio in
posizione verticale e con gli elementi telescopici retratti, in modo da salvaguardare le luci da eventuali urti con il carico movimentato.

This innovative project combines together the classic crane function with
the one of telescopic-mast for the handling of navigation lights.
This system equipped with double arm allows to get cranes with considerable capacities, without affecting aesthetically and functionally the telescopic-mast provided only as lights support. Also the overall dimensions
are optimized and it’s also allowed a single interface with the boat.
The crane may be used for tender handling, once driven the second arm in
position completely up and with telescopic elements closed, having, maximum manoeuvring freedom; by this way it’s also possible to protect the
lights from possible bumps during load motion.

Innovativo automatismo progettato e realizzato per la movimentazione di
un’appendice a scafo recante al suo interno uno strumento sonar-sounder
per il rilevamento di ostacoli subacquei durante la navigazione. Utilizzando
l’esperienza acquisita in anni di progettazione di accessori per la nautica , e
coniugando le nuove tecniche di verifiche fluidodinamiche e strutturali PinCraft ha realizzato una conveniente e sicura appendice a scafo retrattile che
permette di posizionare lo strumento in maniera perfetta durante la fase
operativa preservando la sicurezza dell’imbarcazione grazie all’adozione di
innovativi sistemi di sicurezza attiva e passiva.
Grazie a questo sistema da oggi anche le imbarcazioni da diporto possono
usufruire in tutta sicurezza di questo utilissimo strumento di rilevazione
subacquea, che si rivela indispensabile nella navigazione fra i ghiacci e fra i
reef, siti sempre più ricercati da chi ama vivere il mare.

Qualsiasi clausola stabilita dal compratore è nulla se in contrasto con le seguenti condizioni e se non
espressamente da Pin-craft s.r.l.sottoscritta. Le seguenti restano inoltre valide, in caso di conflitto, laddove
siano state stabilite specifiche pattuizioni tra il compratore e Pin-craft s.r.l..
Anche se non espressamente previsto si richiamano le norme del diritto vigente in Italia, anche per la merce
venduta all’estero.
CARATTERISTICHE DEI PRODOTTI
Tutte le caratteristiche dei prodotti Pin-craft s.r.l. sono quelle contenute nell’ultimo catalogo in corso di
validità, per i modelli attualmente in produzione. Pin-craft si riserva tuttavia il diritto, di apportare, senza
preavviso, qualsiasi modifica ai propri prodotti, che sia ritenuta necessaria o migliorativa, anche al fine di
adeguare gli stessi alle esigenze di produzione o alla strategia aziendale.
ORDINI
Il contratto di vendita si intende impegnativo per ambo le parti a partire dalla data di emissione della nostra
conferma d’ordine. La vendita o fornitura comprende ESCLUSIVAMENTE prodotti e prestazioni specificati
nella ns. conferma d’ordine. Gli ordini devono essere trasmessi per iscritto (o a mezzo fax, o tramite e-mail),
alla Pin-craft s.r.l. Ordini relativi a prodotti che richiedono costruzioni personalizzate, siano esse totali o
parziali, saranno considerati accettati solo dopo approvazione, firmata da parte del Committente, dei disegni e delle specifiche tecniche.
IMBALLI
In mancanza di particolari o diverse indicazioni, l’imballo, è da Pin-craft s.r.l predisposto al meglio e comunque sempre a spese del compratore declinando Pin-craft s.r.l. da ogni responsabilità.
PAGAMENTI
I pagamenti devono essere effettuati al domicilio della Pin-craft s.r.l. secondo le condizioni e le scadenze
concordate dalle parti. Qualora si verificassero mancati o ritardati pagamenti, Pin-craft s.r.l., procederà in
pieno diritto, all’addebito di “interessi di mora” in ragione del corrente tasso legale.
La morosità del Compratore autorizza inoltre Pin-craft s.r.l. a sospendere qualsiasi altra consegna e ad
annullare qualsiasi altro ordine senza che il Compratore possa far rivalere alcun diritto per alcun titolo o
ragione. Qualsiasi reclamo o contestazione non dà diritto alla sospensione del pagamento. Gli eventuali
anticipi sono da considerarsi sempre infruttiferi.
Ai sensi degli Art. 1523-1524 del Codice Civile, il trasferimento della proprietà del prodotto contrattuale
all’acquirente avverrà solo dopo il completo pagamento del prezzo convenuto.
RECLAMI
Nel caso la merce fornita risultasse inservibile per gli effetti di materiale o per altre cause a noi imputabili,
il reclamo dovrà essere inoltrato per iscritto con raccomandata entro il termine massimo di 8 giorni dalla
data di ricevimento del materiale stesso (farà fede la sottoscrizione da parte del Compratore della lettera
di vettura), o dalla data di ritiro della merce presso la sede aziendale, pena la decadenza ad esercitare ogni
diritto od azione a riguardo da parte del Compratore.
PREZZI
I prezzi contrattuali sono quelli riportati sulle Conferme d’Ordine e sono da ritenersi al netto di IVA; da essi
sono esclusi spese di spedizione e costi di imballaggio, fatte salve diverse specifiche pattuizioni.
In caso di variazioni di prezzo dei pezzi necessari per l’esecuzione dell’ordine, per effetto di eventi successivi
al conferimento dell’ordine e precedenti la consegna, Pin-craft si riserva il diritto di eventuali variazioni dei
prezzi di vendita in misura corrispondente, quindi applicherà i prezzi in vigore al momento della spedizione
o consegna della merce.
Pertanto i dati riportati su cataloghi e listini non hanno valore obbligatorio ma semplicemente indicativo.
TERMINI DI CONSEGNA
I termini di consegna del prodotto contrattuale, riportati sulla conferma d’ordine hanno carattere puramente indicativo, costituiscono cioè una semplice previsione dei tempi necessari alla consegna e come
tali sono rispettati nel limite del possibile con esclusione di ogni possibile pretesa risarcitoria da parte del
cliente per eventuali ritardi. Pin-craft s.r.l. non si assume alcuna responsabilità per il trasporto della merce
che viaggia quindi a spese, rischio e pericolo del Compratore, tramite il mezzo ritenuto da Pin-craft più
opportuno e salvo diverse pattuizioni e indicazioni sottoscritte dalle parti. La consegna si intende pattuita
“franco stabilimento Pin-craft s.r.l.”.
La consegna è eseguita ad ogni effetto con la comunicazione verbale che la merce è a disposizione del
compratore per il ritiro, o all’atto della consegna al vettore. A consegna avvenuta tutti i rischi relativi al
materiale venduto vengono assunti dal compratore. Qualora il compratore, informato della disponibilità
del prodotto contrattuale, non provveda al suo immediato ritiro o non accetti in consegna la spedizione,
saranno a carico del medesimo tutte le spese ed i costi derivanti dall’inadempienza, fatti salvi ulteriori
danni patiti da Pin-craft s.r.l.
GARANZIA
Nei limiti delle disposizioni che seguono, Pin-craft s.r.l., si impegna a garantire la buona qualità della merce
fornita e si impegna a rimediare a qualsiasi imperfezione del prodotto contrattuale sia che si tratti di difetto
di progettazione, di materiali o di lavorazione per la durata di 12 MESI a decorrere dalla data di consegna
del medesimo.
L’eventuale presenza di vizi del prodotto non determina lo scioglimento o la risoluzione del Contratto di
Vendita né la facoltà del Compratore a far rivalere il diritto al risarcimento del danno, ma soltanto la possibilità di ottenere la riparazione o la sostituzione del prodotto difettato, qualora, secondo parere della
Pin-craft, il reclamo risulti fondato.
Restano esclusi dalla presente garanzia i difetti derivanti dal normale deterioramento dei prodotti contrattuali. In ogni modo il Compratore,decade dal diritto alla garanzia, oltre che per la scadenza del termine
massimo di 8 giorni per eventuali reclami, nei seguenti casi:
a) quando il pagamento della fattura non sia avvenuto secondo i termini convenuti;
b) quando non siano state osservate le istruzioni fornite da Pin-crafts.r.l. per l’utilizzo, l’installazione e la
manutenzione del prodotto contrattuale;
c) quando il prodotto contrattuale sia stato modificato senza previa approvazione di Pin-craft s.r.l.
d) quando il prodotto contrattuale sia stato utilizzato per un uso diverso da quello a cui è destinato.
I prodotti difettosi devono essere restituiti integri,completi in ogni loro parte(ivi compreso l’imballo) e in
perfette condizioni alla Pin- craft s.r.l. in porto franco, accompagnati da regolare bolla di accompagnamento recanti le indicazioni della bolla e/o fattura di vendita della Pin-craft s.r.l.; in difetto, ogni mancanza
o danneggiamento sarà addebitato al Compratore. Qualora il prodotto si trovi ad essere già installato
sull’imbarcazione, occorre che quest’ultima venga portata presso il nostro più vicino punto di assistenza.
La garanzia di cui al presente articolo non comprende in ogni caso i costi di trasporto, spedizione ed eventuali trasferte da parte del personale di Pin-craft s.r.l.
GIURISDIZIONE FORO COMPETENTE
Per qualsiasi controversia relativa alle presenti Condizioni Generali di Vendita e Garanzia e alle vendite da
queste disciplinate si applicherà la giurisdizione italiana e sarà esclusivamente competente il Foro di Lucca.
GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS
These General Terms govern the contract concerning the sale and supply of Pin-craft Srl.
These General Terms apply in general to all sales contracts stipulated by the firm.
Any clause established by the Buyers is null if in contrast with the following term and if not expressly
undersigned by Pin-craft Srl. The following stay besides valid in case of conflict whereas have been established specific conditions between the buyer and Pin-craft Srl.
Even if not expressly envisaged, current Italian low shall hold, also for goods sold abroad.
CHARATTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
All the characteristics of Pin-craft Srl. products are as given in the latest catalogue currently in force, for
the product models in the current product range. The firm, however reserves the right, without warning,
to bring any change to its own products, if deemed necessary to adapt its products to the demands of
production or to the business strategy.
ORDERS
The Contract of Sale is understood to be bending for both parties as of the date of issue of our order confirmation. The supply comprises EXCLUSIVELY the products and services specified in our order confirmation to our general terms of sale. Orders must be transmitted in writing (or by mail or fax) to pin-craft Srl.
The orders concerning products requiring total or partial customized constructions will be accepted only
after the approval and return of the signed technical drawings by the purchaser.
PRICES
The Contractual Prices are the ones given in the Order Confirmation and are to consider to the clean of VAT;
from the prices, shipping and packing costs are excluded, unless agreed otherwise.
In case of price variations of the necessary pieces for the order execution because of following events to
the conferment of the order and preceding the delivery, Pin- craft reserves the right to alter prices of sale
in corresponding measure, then the firm will apply the current prices at the time of shipment or of delivery
of the goods. Consequently the data brought on catalogues and on price lists don’t have obligatory but
purely indicative value.
LEAD TIMES
The delivery Terms of the Contractual Product, brought on the order confirmation, have purely indicative
character, and consist in a simple forecast of the necessary time for the delivery and as such they are respected as far as possible with the exclusion of every possible claim of reimbursement from the customer
for possible delays. Pin-craft Srl. doesn’t take the liability of the goods transport, that therefore travel to
expenses, risk and danger of the buyer, through the mean held by Pin-craft Srl. most proper excepted different conditions or indications undersigned by the parts.
It is agreed that the delivery of Contractual Product shall be “free at the Pin-craft Srl. plant”.
Delivery is understood to be made to all intents and purposes with the verbal or written communication
that the goods are at the Buyer’s disposal for collection, or at the time of delivery to the currier. After delivery has been made, all risks concerning the material sold are taken on by the Buyer. If the Buyer, having
been informed of the availability of the products ordered, fails to collect the products at once or to accept
the product being delivered, all the expenses and costs arising from said failure shall be borne by the buyer,
subject to Pin-craft’s right to seek further damage.
PACKING
If there are no particular instructions, Pin-craft prepares the packing, where necessary, in the best way and
anyhow always at the Buyer’s expense, with no responsibility on our part.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made at the domicile of Pin-craft Srl and according to the agreed Terms.
If missed or delayed payments are verified, Pin-craft Srl will have every right to charge “arrears” in reason
of the current legal rate. The default of the Buyers authorizes Pin-craft Srl to suspend immediately the
delivery of any other material, as well as cancel any orders without the Buyer being owed any rights for
whatever reason. No compliant or claim gives the Buyer any right to suspend the payment. Any payments
made in advance never bear interest.
To the senses of the Art. 1523-1524 of the Civil Code, the transfer of the ownership of the Contractual
Product will be considered effected only after the suit payment of the agreed price.
CLAIMS
If the goods result useless because of the materials or other causes chargeable to our Society, the claim
must be forwarded in writing with registered letter not later than 8 days from the goods reception (it will
bear witness the Buyer’s signature of the carriage-note), or from the date of withdrawal of the goods
from the firm centre, otherwise declines the possibility to practice every right or action to respect from
the Buyer.
WARRANTY
Within the limits of the provisions given below, Pin-craft Srl undertakes to guarantee the good quality of
the furnished goods and to remedy any flaw of the Contractual Product due to defective design, material
or processing, for a time period of 12 months of the date of the delivery of the product. The possible presence of flaws or defects shall not entail the resolution of the Contract of Sale, nor the Buyer’s faculty to
vindicate the right to the reimbursement of the damage, the situation allows only the possibility to get
the reparation or the substitution of the defective product, if, according to seem of the Pin-craft Srl, the
claim results founded. This warranty does not cover the defect arising from normal deterioration of the
Contract Products.
At all events, the Buyer loses his warranty rights if:
a) the price is not paid within the established time limits;
b) the instructions supplied by Pin-craft Srl on the use, installation and maintenance of Contractual Product are not complied with;
c) the Contractual Product is modified without Pin-craft’s prior consent;
d) the Contractual Product is used for purposes other than their intended use.
The defective products must be returned entire, complete in every part (inclusive the packing) and under
perfect conditions to Pin-craft Srl; failing this, any missing part and/or damage will be charged to the
Buyer.
Should the product be already installed on board , it is necessary to bring the boat to our nearest assistance point. The warranty under this article does not include, under any circumstances, transport, shipment, travelling and subsistence costs incurred by Pin-craft Srl personnel.
JURISDICTION COMPETENT COURT
Any dispute as may arise referring with these General Terms of Sale and Warranty and with the sales by
these last governed, shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Court of Lucca.
