Dal 1989 la nostra azienda produce sedute per ufficio e
collettività, sinonimo d’italianità e artigianalità.
Da oltre 25 anni lavoriamo con passione a fianco dei nostri clienti per studiare, sviluppare
e produrre, con maestria artigianale, sedie e poltrone, garantendo l’eccellenza esclusiva
del “Made in Italy”.
La qualità autentica nasce dalle migliori materie prime e dall’artigianalità.Tecniche antiche,
gesti lenti e un’infinita passione muovono le mani degli artigiani per creare prodotti unici.
Gierre prende il nome dalle iniziali di Gherardo Renzo, una persona di grande carisma
che, nel corso degli anni, è costantemente cresciuta, allargando sempre più la sfera delle
proprie competenze tecniche e professionali, oltre che l ’elevato tasso di fidelizzazione
della clientela, che oggi conta circa 800 punti vendita, di cui 700 in Italia.

study, develop and produce chairs and armchairs with artisan mastery skill, ensuring the
“Made in Italy” excellence.
Authentic quality comes from the best raw materials and on traditional craftsmanship.
Ancient techniques, slow gestures and an infinite passion move the hands of the artisans
to create unique products.
Gierre takes its name from the initials of Gherardo Renzo, a person of great charisma
who, over the years, has grown steadily, expanding more and more his sphere of
technical and professional skills, as well as the ‘high level of customer loyalty, which now
has about 800 dealers, 700 of them in Italy.

Abbiamo un ufficio di progettazione interno dove vengono studiati e individuati i
modelli più consoni alle richieste dei clienti; un ufficio commerciale che si occupa di
soddisfare le esigenze del cliente, sia per quanto riguarda i prodotti che i servizi, ed
un ufficio “Customer care”, che dà assistenza al cliente, sia nella fase della pre-vendita,
dall’ordine del cliente alla spedizione del materiale, sia nella fase post-vendita, nel caso di
contestazioni o anomalie dei prodotti.

We have a design office where models are studied following our customer requirements;
a sales office dealing with the needs of the customer, both in the products and services,
and a “customer care” office, giving customer service during the pre-sale, from customer
order to the delivery of the goods, in the post-sale, in case of disputes or faults products.
