6th Hands on dissection advanced course: “from removal to
Presentation
The use of reconstructive principles in
the oncological surgical treatment of head and
neck cancer has become a common practice in
Otolaryngology or Maxillo-facial surgery.
The difficulties of this kind of surgery are related
not only to the dissection technique of the
flaps, but especially to their shaping, based
on the surgical defect.
The aims of this course are to teach the surgical
resections, the flaps harvesting, modeling
and their insetting.
