The taxi Help Desk is located inside the Airport just outside the luggage claim area. Guests will have to address by
themselves and announce their reservation.

For any transfer over 6 people, please contact directly the Concierge Service of the Starhotels Splendid Venice for an
ad hoc offer.
Charges will be paid directly to the Taxi Driver in cash or pre-paid by credit card at their Help Desk at the Airport only
between 8AM and 12AM. All charges are valid one way and include one luggage per person. A € 5 extra will be applied
for any extra bag.

The service includes only taxi boat from the Airport’s jetty (Darsena).
Porter assistance is not included.
The service may be affected during special events or local festivities taking place on the lagoon or on the Grand
Canal, such as Redeemer's Feast (third Sunday in July), Historical Regatta (first Sunday in September),
Vogalonga (approx. second Sunday in June), etc; or in case of high tide and fog.
