Tu, noi, and voi forms of regular verbs are the same as
the present tense except the tu form of –are verbs

Negative Commands
To tell someone not to do something, add
non to the noi and voi forms of the
imperative. For the tu form, use non and the
infinitive.

Irregulars
Avere and essere are irregular in the
imperative tense.
Andare, dare, dire, fare, and stare have
shortened tu forms.

Pronouns
Reflexive, direct, indirect, and double object
pronouns, ci and ne attach to the end of the
tu, noi, and voi forms of the imperative.

Pronouns (continued)
Pronoun attached to a one-syllable tu form,
drop the apostrophe and double the first
consonant of the pronoun (except for gli).
