it is primarily dedicated to the construction of telescopic
rods for drilling. It boasts partnership with companies with
firms of proven experience in the field of the construction of
carpentry, like Officine Verlicchi srl, in a continuous update
and mutual growth.

realizzazione di aste telescopiche per perforazione.
Può vantare partnership con aziende di consolidata
esperienza nella costruzione e lavorazione di
carpenterie, come Officine Verlicchi srl, in un’ottica
di continuo e reciproco aggiornamento e
accrescimento.

Meccanica Alfonsine is a manufacturer skilled to realize
applications for every drilling machineries available on
market: a qualified staff performs the assembly using high
quality materials: We utilize hardwearing steel for the
external drive rails and inner terminal joints, and mechanical
seamless pipes for the rods.
All the materials we use are certified and manufactured in
Europe; M.E.C. srl Meccanica Alfonsine has a network of
trusted suppliers which we use to meet specific
requirements from the Client, even in terms of urgency.
Each welded element is internally worked to the boring
machine, checked and straightened, to ensure the perfect
centering with the other components of the machine.

specializzata nella realizzazione di sistemi
applicativi per qualsiasi tipo di macchina
perforatrice disponibile sul mercato: la costruzione
viene eseguita da personale qualificato utilizzando
materiali di qualità ad elevata resistenza ad usura
per le guide ad incastro, tubi ad elevata resistenza
meccanica per le aste. Tutti i materiali sono forniti
di certificazione ed esclusivamente di origine
europea, puntando su una rete di fornitori
fidelizzati su cui può contare anche per esaudire
determinate richieste del cliente in tempi ristretti.
Ogni elemento saldato viene lavorato
internamente alla macchina alesatrice, controllato
e raddrizzato, per garantire il perfetto centraggio
con gli altri componenti della macchina.

Prima della spedizione le superfici esterne vengono
adeguatamente protette, sia per evitare fenomeni
corrosivi (esempio salinità durante trasporto
marittimo), sia per agevolare lo sfilamento in fase
di lavoro.
Oltre alla fornitura di aste telescopiche, M.E.C. srl
Meccanica Alfonsine può usufruire della
collaborazione di aziende specializzate nella
fornitura di utensili e accessori destinati allo stesso
settore operativo.
Operando per il momento sul territorio nazionale,
ha inoltre eseguito per vari clienti riparazioni e
ripristini di elementi di kelly bar di svariate marche.

KELLY BARS STANDARD
Aste telescopiche standard
The telescopic drilling rods or Kelly bars, coupled with
drilling machines or drilling hydraulic devices, are used for
the drilling of wells at different depth.
They transfer to the drilling tool either the torque and the
vertical force transmitted by the rotary table.
The standard Kelly bars are composed of 3 to 6 jointed
elements formed by external and internal guides welded to
pipes of different diameter and thickness. Through these
racks the thrust force is transferred from the external
elements gradually to the internal ones. During the
extraction phase the device rotates counterclockwise,
triggered by the rotary and this rotation allows to unlock the
rods that follow.
The working device can be interlocking or friction.
The interlocking device is used to drill hard soils, because it
is required the maximum torque and vertical pressure on
the tool. The friction clutch system is instead suggested for
soft and medium hardness soils.

Le aste telescopiche perforatrici o kelly bar,
accoppiate a macchine trivellatrici o impianti
idraulici di perforazione, vengono utilizzate per la
realizzazione di pozzi in profondità.
Esse trasferiscono all’utensile da scavo sia la
coppia di azionamento rotante che la pressione
verticale ricevuti dalla rotary, o canotto di
rotazione.
I kelly bar standard sono costituiti da 3÷6 elementi
ad incastro, formati da guide esterne ed interne
saldate a tubi meccanici di diverso diametro e
spessore. Attraverso queste cremagliere la forza di
spinta è trasferita dall’elemento più esterno via via
a quello più interno; in fase di estrazione il
dispositivo ruota in senso antiorario, innescato
dalla rotary, che permette di sbloccare le aste
successive. Il sistema può essere a bloccaggio
meccanico o a frizione.
Il sistema a bloccaggio è ottimale per perforazione
di superfici dure, nelle quali è richiesta la massima
forza di rotazione e spinta sull’utensile.
Il sistema a frizione è invece indicato per terreni
soffici e di media durezza.

The standard production is accompanied by the possibility to
produce components on specific customer requirements, or
adapting existing solutions such as:
- Made ad hoc versions with different length and drive stub;
- Shortened version of Kelly bars, either with an interlocking
system or a friction clutch, to be utilized in case of height
constraints, compatible with existing equipments. We can
achieve this solution through the design and creation of a
short version of the mast and an adapter to fit between the
existing rotary adapter and the new kelly bar.

Alla produzione di modelli realizzabili su commessa
previa documentazione fornita dal cliente, si
affianca la possibilità di realizzare componenti
personalizzati su specifica richiesta, quali:
- Versioni con attacco utensile e lunghezza aste
realizzate ad hoc;
-Realizzazione versioni “corte” di kelly bar, a
bloccaggio o frizione, per utilizzo in aree con
limitazioni di altezza, intercambiabili con
macchinari esistenti. Tale conversione può essere
effettuata tramite progettazione e creazione di una
versione corta del mast e di un adattatore da
inserire tra il canotto rotary esistente e il nuovo
kelly bar.

CASING DRIVE ADAPTER
Trascinatore
It transfers the torque to the casings.
M.E.C. srl Meccanica Alfonsine has increased its Casing Drive
Adapter’s range aiming to adaptability, safety and
productivity.
It’s possible to work with the same Casing Drive Adapter on
different brand of machineries because you can choose the
suitable connection to the machine’s cardanic joint and fix it
to the Casing Drive Adapter’s flange with a proper dovetail
joint, plus security pins and bolts.
M.E.C. srl Meccanica Alfonsine has developed a system that
allows the automatic hooking between Casing Drive Adapter
and casings, to avoid the manual operations that might
cause dangerous situations and time losses in the yard.
The unhooking is actuated by a lever that simultaneously
unblocks the coupling pins: that operation is manually made,
to prevent accidental releases, and the operator on the
ground can handle the lever in safety condition. Standard
version with unhooking lever, on request with remote
control.

M.E.C. srl Meccanica Alfonsine ha sviluppato la
propria gamma di trascinatori puntando sulla
flessibilità, la sicurezza e la produttività.
L’attacco flangiato ricevente la coppia è stato
infatti pensato per impiegare lo stesso trascinatore
su macchine di più costruttori: le diverse opzioni
possono venire accoppiate alla flangia del
trascinatore tramite un attacco a “coda di rondine”
e venire fissate con spine di sicurezza e bulloni.
M.E.C. srl Meccanica Alfonsine ha inoltre
sviluppato un sistema per permettere l’aggancio
automatico del trascinatore ai giunti di manovra,
evitando operazioni manuali che possono
provocare pericolo e perdite di tempo in cantiere.
Lo sganciamento viene effettuato tramite una leva
che sblocca simultaneamente i perni di aggancio:
tale operazione è eseguita manualmente, per
evitare sganciamenti accidentali, e la leva è
posizionata in maniera da permettete all’operatore
a terra di poter operare in sicurezza. Di serie viene
fornito con sblocco a leva, a richiesta con
telecomando per controllo remoto.

CASINGS
Tubi di manovra
The casings are utilized for the piling in sites requiring the
protection of the excavation. They can be built with single or
double wall: the latter is suggested with equipments
working at high torque. The male/female couplings at both
of the end are joined to other elements with tapered
screws.
Utilizzati per palificazioni in opere che richiedono la
protezione dello scavo.
Realizzati a singola e doppia parete: quest’ultimo
caso è consigliato in agganciamento a macchine
con elevato valore di coppia.
Gli agganci maschio/femmina alle estremità
utilizzano un serraggio tramite vite conica.

These piling tools are realized in 2 standard lengths, with 2
different arrangements of cutting teeth:
- Teeth welded on shoe: properly suitable for pile walls
construction or for rock sockets.
- Interchangeable teeth: they are preferred for sand, clay,
cohesive soil.
For both the typologies, the male joint is machine faced and
it can be fixed to other elements by tapered screws.
In either cases, the male joint, oriented toward the machine,
can be fixed by tapered screws.
Questi strumenti di perforazione vengono realizzati
in due lunghezze standard, e con due diverse
disposizioni di utensili di taglio:
-inserti saldati al giunto: particolarmente adatti
per cavità rocciose e nella realizzazione di pozzi di
profondità.
-inserti intercambiabili: adatti per superfici quali
sabbia, argilla e terreni compatti
Per entrambe le tipologie l’agganci maschio
all’estremità, rivolto verso la macchina, utilizza un
serraggio tramite vite conica.

INTERLOCKING/FRICTION REPAIR KIT
The repair kits are designed to replace the final ends of each
element, which are under severe wear during the working
activities. They are chamfered pipe of maximum length of
one meter, complete with internal rack welded and
machined through boring equipments. The external rack is
provided separately, and shall be assembled during the
work.
CESTELLI ASTE TELESCOPICHE INCASTRO/FRIZIONE
I cestelli di ricambio sono pensati per sostituire le
parti terminali di ogni elemento, più soggette ad
usura durante le fasi di sfilamento e richiamo.
Consistono in porzioni di tubo meccanico
cianfrinato, di lunghezza al massimo 1 metro,
complete di cremagliera interna saldata e lavorata
in macchina alesatrice, pronte per la sostituzione.
La cremagliera esterna è in genere fornita a parte,
con componenti da assemblare in opera.
