Special appearance by Radio Disney AM 1640! Radio Disney AM 1640, powered
by Capitol Toyota, will be on-site with music, activities, and give-a-ways including a
Wii with “Epic Mickey” game.





Mayor Janet Taylor will serve as Master of Ceremonies for the 15th annual event.
Free hot chocolate and cookies for the first 500 people. Donated by Roth’s Fresh Markets.
Kids can enter to win a chance to light Salem’s Holiday Tree! Entries can be picked up and dropped off
through Sunday, November 28, 2010, at City of Salem, Civic Center, Room 325; Salem Public Library
Children’s Room; Salem Riverfront Carousel; or A.C. Gilbert’s Discovery Village.
Santa Claus will place the treetop ornament, assisted by the Salem Fire Department, and then hand out
candy canes to the children.
A.C. Gilbert’s Discovery Village will be on-site with materials to allow children to create their
own environmentally friendly ornaments.
