In one, performed a variety of general office duties such as copying, filing, and errands. In the second was the solo person on a project to create a new system for student job descriptions. Required creating 300 new job descriptions, assigning them to the new wage scale, updating related documents, and working with other university departments in the implementation of the new program. Legal Placement Services, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Temporary Employee, March 2006 through August 2007 Worked at various temporary employment assignments ranging from law firms to finance departments. Performed a range of tasks from transcription and legal memo drafting to administrative support after a corporate buyout. Worked nine months at Johnson Controls and received the Merit Award and Chairman’s Award for my performance. Major League Soccer, New York, New York Operations Intern, August 2005 to January 2006 Managed and recorded game reports and player medical exams, drafted and edited documents related to the MLS Cup 2005, attended meetings and teleconferences, served as a contact for outside parties for MLS Cup 2005 and coordinated with other departments. General office duties such as filing, coping, faxing, sending mailings, and draft emails. Also worked in Player Personnel administering player contracts, filing, and doing other player and contract related duties. Often drafted outlines, case briefs, and paper components based on that research. Maintained a large research file and continually checked-up on the changes in the file we were researching.
