Instructions on how to connect via
videoconferencing
Turn on the TV set using a control remote
(should be located near the TV).
Turn on the videoconferencing equipment,
on the back).
Press the green button that reads call on the
videoconference remote control to begin a call.
Dial the IP address that was given to you via
e-mail (location which you wish to connect to) if
no IP address appear on the screen.
If an IP address appears on the screen, and it
is not the correct IP address, press the delete
button on the videoconference remote control to
delete the previous IP address.
(ex:##67.207.3.131)
Dial the new IP address using the
videoconference remote control, to place a period,
press the period button on the videoconference
remote control. You can also press the purple
right arrow button to place a period.

Press the call button on the videoconference
remote control to begin call and establish a
connection.
To move a camera, press the purple arrow buttons
on the videoconference remote control, and set at
your desired area.
To raise or lower the volume, press the “Volume” up
or down buttons on the videoconference remote
control.
To zoom in or out, press the “Zoom” in or out
buttons on the videoconference remote control.
If you wish to show the presentation on your
laptop to the other party connected via
videoconference, press the purple button on the
videoconference remote that reads “graphics”. To stop
showing the presentation on your laptop, press the
“graphics” button again.
