Press the red Power button to turn on
the videoconferencing system.

Setup the microphone far from the
speakers and close to the audience.

Dial the IP address of the location you wish
to connect using the remote control
(ex: 172.30.36.10)

Press the green Call button to start the
videoconferencing call.
Number/Letter

When the videoconferencing class is over,
click on the red End Call button to end the
videoconferencing call.

ADDITIONAL/OPTIONAL SETTINGS:
• Volume + and – adjust the Codec
volume only not the monitor’s volume.
• Use Zoom + and – to zoom the camera
in and out.
• Mic Off turns your microphone on and
off (Mute button)
• The Layout button toggles between full
screen and different display layouts.
