Meet expectation is defined as the basic understanding of the role of a school leader. The mean score for each standard as well as for each indicator measured shows that students have scored above the meets expectation target. The range of mean scores is from 2.5 to 3.0. The highest mean score is found for standard 1.2c (M=3) (Candidates demonstrate the ability to communicate the vision to school boards, staff, parents, students, and community members through the use of symbols, ceremonies, stories, and other activities) and the lowest mean score was found for standard 1.1a (Candidates develop and demonstrate the skills needed to work with a board of education to facilitate the development of a vision of learning for a school district that promotes the success of all students.). EDLR faculty will be administrating this assessment in the next semester of the 2012-2013 school year and will monitor the data to make the appropriate curricular changes. 2
